Hi there,**I recently bought a Hero* Black and took it on a trip to Colombia. I treated it very well during the entire trip, but I started noticing strange operating issues with the GoPro (on the very first day of use even). Here were the main issues I experienced:***) GoPro wouldn't turn on during some key moments when we wanted to record*take a picture. I would press the power button very firmly. Sometimes I would even hold down the power button for extended periods of time. I would press the record button too (to start recording directly from the off state). But the GoPro wouldn't respond at all. Then after a few minutes of struggling with it, it would eventually turn on. It felt like sometimes the GoPro took a while to register the signal to turn on. We missed some key moments where we really would have liked to take videos, but ended up not being able to enjoy the moment even because we were so focused trying to turn on our GoPro. ***) When we put in a fresh battery (fully charged) and we turn on the GoPro, it would sometimes say *% battery. Then we would turn it off and turn it back on, it would then say that the battery is ***% fully charged. I tended to notice a couple of times this happened when I pressed the record button without turning on the GoPro first. But I think there were other times after directly turning it on where the battery said *%. ***) Along the lines of the battery display. Most of the time, the % battery life would decrease at a normal rate from ***-**% generally, and then suddenly go down to *% or *% and it would stay there for quite a while until it eventually died. So there seems to be some inconsistencies in battery display.***) It seems like this may be purposefully designed, but when the battery gets low and we are trying to take videos, the GoPro will start to limit how long the videos last for. So after around ** seconds, the GoPro will automatically stop recording. That amount of time goes down all the way to only * seconds of recording time as the battery gets close to *% charge. This is sometimes a bit challenging when I'd like to lengthen the videos to a little bit longer (while of course still being aware that the camera could die at any minute, but having a little more agency in how the GoPro records as it gets lower in batteries). **Our main concern is that the GoPro does not turn on reliably (point **). Can we get a replacement GoPro that functions properly? Or somehow get our current one fixed?**Thank you for your time,*Naomi Iverson
