I am seeking assistance as I am feeling incredibly frustrated. Initially, I registered my domain through your service and proceeded to build my website. However, upon attempting to publish my website, your platform prompts me to choose and pay for a domain again. When I select the option confirming I already have a domain, it prompts me to input my domain to link it, only to then state that the domain is already taken. I am aware it is taken by me through your service! When requesting assistance, the system asks for my domain name, but upon providing it, it prompts me to build a website – which I have already completed. I am simply trying to link the domain I own with the website I have created. Why is this proving to be so challenging?

Hello GoDaddy Customer Care, I would like to inform you that I am no longer using the website I created with GoDaddy, and there have been unauthorized deductions from my bank account. Yesterday, I noticed some funds missing, and my bank informed me that this was due to a past subscription with GoDaddy. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and cannot access my website details and login emails. Please refund the [redacted] naira that was deducted and cancel any transactions associated with my account. I am planning to provide a small delivery service from Temple, Texas to El Paso, Texas. This venture is not a trucking company but a personal endeavor as a mother wanting to be closer to my only child. After being retired due to illness, I decided to deliver goods from home to El Paso, offering items not easily accessible in that area, starting with stores like HEB, and potentially expanding to others like Rooms to Go or IKEA. I have named my service Yea Me, but I am facing challenges with setting up the website beyond just offering groceries. Currently, I am operating with only a pickup truck, but if this takes off, it could be an amazing journey. My goal is to work and spend more time with my daughter by facilitating these deliveries. My plan is for customers to order directly from the store, I will handle the delivery, and they will pay for shipping separately. I registered a domain as durrysofharrogate but never utilized it. The card details you have are linked to an old, expired card. Following your email reminding me to update my payment information to renew my domain, I did not update it assuming that since my card was invalid, the payment would not go through, and the account would be terminated. However, you managed to charge an outdated credit card that I have not used in 2 and a half years. I kindly request a refund of the erroneous charge. Instead of disputing it with my credit card company, I am reaching out to your customer service for assistance first. I may consider using your services in the future, but currently facing financial challenges, I cannot afford to lose £28 on a service I never utilized. Sincerely, C. Durrance

I am unable to send emails from my account and constantly receive a rejection notice when attempting to send. The error message states that the email server outside of Office [redacted] is not properly configured to receive and relay messages from my domain. I have been advised to forward the non-delivery report to my email admin to address this issue. The server that returned the error seems to be one of the on-premises servers in a hybrid environment, a smart host email service, or possibly a previous email hosting service that still has mail flow settings pointing to it. To resolve this, I need to identify and configure the email server to accept messages from authenticated senders. The error message indicates that SMTP Authentication needs to be turned on in my mail client. I have been informed that Office [redacted] support may not be able to assist with this problem, as it pertains to misconfigured settings on an external email server.

I reached out to customer service to assist in recovering my expired email account. I was informed that a payment of £50 was required to regain access along with the pending messages. After making the payment, I was told everything would be restored within 24 hours. Disappointedly, upon checking the next day, nothing had changed. Another representative stated I needed to pay additional fees, clarifying the initial £50 was for renewal only. The lack of transparency in the service is disheartening as the correct information was not provided initially. I am unwilling to invest further to retrieve my email account. I desire a refund and seek to terminate my subscription with GoDaddy.

I collaborated with a web designer to create my website. The designer bought my domain on my behalf. Unfortunately, the project took longer than expected and did not meet our agreement. After requesting a refund, the designer moved the domain to GoDaddy, potentially retaining ownership. The domain in question is heidizhochstetler.com, which matches my other social media handles. I am concerned about losing access to it. Is there a way I can regain control of my domain? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't authorize the creation of a website that displays my business name, personal phone number, and home address, with misleading information unrelated to my business. The company that made this site hasn't been in touch with me, and I'm at a loss for how to address this situation. I reached out to GoDaddy, who hosts the domain, but they can't confirm the legitimacy of my request due to data protection regulations. They couldn't provide me with contact information to resolve this directly. The offending site, www.electriciansinaltrincham.co.uk, is causing concern as it discloses my personal details without consent. I am Joshua Clark from JVC Electrical. I am able to verify my identity and express my distress over this data privacy breach. I am unsure about the next steps to take. Thank you.

I am considering promoting my domains through the SedoMLS Premium program to increase the exposure of my listings. It has come to my attention that you are not currently working with Sedo to enable instant transfer sales through their Premium domain sales network. Hello, I have encountered an issue with creating multiple administrators for our account that hosts various domains. It appears that this is not possible, which I hope is not the case. To work around this limitation, we tried to transfer the desired domain and website to another account. However, when attempting to do so, I received an error message stating that the domain is not eligible for transfer due to privacy settings. I used to have a domain name and email with my company called Credienergy.com and [redacted] Unfortunately, I cannot access my client number and password because I deleted all previous emails. Although I briefly used the email, I never utilized the domain, which you can confirm. I made the payment with a Mastercard. I was chatting with Rashit live but was suddenly disconnected. I want to report that there are individuals using domains from your company to conduct malicious activities, such as scamming people and stealing from their bank accounts. It took some time, but I was able to trace their IP address, and the domain was originally from GoDaddy. It seems your company is selling private domains that allow scammers to remain untraceable. I have ample evidence in emails, most of which are from your company and another. I hope you are aware of this situation and can take appropriate action. These scammers had the audacity to call me pretending to be from a loan company, although none of them spoke English fluently. I want to bring this to the attention of GoDaddy – when I confronted one of the callers, they claimed to have my information and abruptly ended the call.

I was debited twice from my Master Debit card, 16 pounds on two occasions totaling 32 pounds today, September 22, [redacted]. How did this happen? I did not subscribe for any domain except the one I did a year ago. I didn't ask for a renewal. How come you deducted my money without authorization? This is fraud. Please, I need an explanation. Please help deactivate any domain I have with you, GoDaddy, currently. Please help refund my money. GBP 32.20 was deducted from my account ending in [redacted] at GTB Bank in Nigeria. The money deducted is for somebody. Kindly assist in returning the money as I am not interested in any renewals.

Hello, My name is David McInnes from Typha Communications. I currently have cPanel with three sites: carmandufferinheritage.ca, gimliheritage.ca, and birtleheritage.ca. I also have an SSL certificate with the number #[redacted]. I noticed that I wasn’t seeing the green padlock on all three sites, so I reached out to your customer service representative. They provided me with the links to add the correct script into the .htaccess file to redirect the sites. However, after making the changes, when I visit birtleheritage.ca and gimliheritage.ca, I am encountering the following error: Not Found The requested URL /birtleheritage.ca/ was not found on this server. Additionally, a [redacted] Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Can you please advise if I need to create a separate .htaccess file under each domain to resolve this issue?

I need to report a concerning issue regarding the domain www.faturadigital.net registered with GoDaddy, which is currently being used for criminal activities in Brazil. The individuals behind this are perpetrating the fake invoice scam targeting customers of the internet service provider NET, resulting in financial losses for innocent people. Despite the severity of these actions, the Brazilian authorities have not yet intervened to address this matter. I kindly request your assistance in investigating and addressing this situation promptly. I am more than willing to provide you with one of the scam emails for further analysis. Yesterday, I received an email confirming the payment for the domain name. I had no intention of using it and was unaware it was set to auto-renewal. I have since unregistered the domain. Please arrange for a refund to be credited back to my bank account. I initially reached out via online chat and was advised to contact Nominet. However, Nominet redirected me to Godaddy. I recently set up my business on GoDaddy and Google My Business. After receiving an email from GoDaddy that my listing was set up on Google, I clicked the link provided, which led me to a Zillow listing instead of my dog training business. When attempting to search for it on another device, it did not show up at all. I want to resolve this issue so that the correct information appears when I click the link and it shows up when relevant keywords are searched for. Thank you.
