**Issue with GoDaddy Charges** Hello GoDaddy, I've just returned from vacation and noticed two charges on my account that I did not authorize. On April 29th, £28.91 was deducted, and on April 23rd, £23.98 was taken out. I would like to cancel these payments and request a refund of £52.89 to be returned to my bank or card. We have our domain through GoDaddy. Recently, I was contacted by a social media advisor who provided some recommendations after reviewing our online presence. I scheduled a follow-up call for today to continue the discussion, but he suggested rescheduling when my husband, who makes final decisions, could be present. Despite explaining that my husband is seldom available due to work, the advisor seemed pushy and abrupt, implying we should revisit the topic later. I found this behavior rather rude. I was genuinely interested in their services and took time to rearrange my schedule for the call. We need time to consider options and pricing before making a decision. While we are exploring such services, our experience with GoDaddy will not influence our decision in this regard.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding a website that appears to be engaging in fraudulent activities. Despite placing an order for a product on the website Vapelink.co.uk and paying for it through PayPal, I never received the goods, and the company ceased all communication with me. The lack of a business address on their website and failure to respond to any attempts to contact them has raised suspicions about their legitimacy. The status of the purchased item was unexpectedly changed to pre-order without explanation, leaving me without the product or my money (£39.99). After researching online, it seems that many others have also fallen victim to this apparent scam. I urge you to investigate this matter further and take appropriate action to prevent others from being deceived by this fraudulent company operating under a .co.uk domain. On March 20th, GoDaddy charged my credit card $79.99 for a service I no longer use or requested. I contacted customer service today upon noticing another charge for the same unwanted service. Agent Erik #[redacted] explained that he could remove the initial charge but not the second due to it being over 30 days. I questioned why the service is on auto-renewal if I didn't request it. I am currently struggling to deactivate it even after turning it off for both domains. I plan to dispute the unauthorized charge with my Discover credit card. Hello, I contacted you previously about a problem that hasn't been resolved yet. A week ago, there was an attempt to charge my Visa card, but I have no record of making any purchases on your website. Today, another unauthorized charge was made. I do not have any information regarding an email, account, or domain with your company. I am willing to provide my card details to stop these unauthorized transactions and close the account associated with it. Instead of suggesting a phone call, please address this matter without additional charges. Kindly cease any further attempts to charge my card. Due to my location, I do not possess a Canadian or US phone number to facilitate GoDaddy's callback service. I transferred the registrar of record for my website, beourbest.com, from Yahoo Small Business to GoDaddy in April [redacted]. Despite this transfer, Yahoo Small Business continues to charge me via HSBC bank. I have terminated the credit card linked to these charges and have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact Yahoo Small Business to cease these unauthorized payments. HSBC bank requires proof that GoDaddy has been the registrar of record for my website since April [redacted] to halt these charges. I kindly request your assistance in providing a written statement that can serve as evidence for HSBC to stop these fraudulent charges from Yahoo Small Business. Hello, I am encountering an issue with verifying my SSL certificate which I purchased from GoDaddy. I successfully created the CSR and input it into my GoDaddy account under the SSL certificate section. Following this, I was informed that a verification email would be sent within 5 to 10 minutes, but what I received does not seem to be the verification email. I have received an email regarding the renewal of my Standard UCC SSL certificate for mail.performancefriction.com, dated 04/28/[redacted]. The email mentions that I need to respond within 15 days to avoid denial of the certificate request. I would like to inquire about the current rates for renewing my domain name for a shorter period, possibly five years, when the renewal time comes around later this year. I had previously registered it for ten years but would like to explore more cost-effective options now. I recently purchased two domain names from GoDaddy, bedroomplayer.com and bedroomplayer.co.uk which somehow changed to bedroomplayer.uk. Initially, I considered GoDaddy as the registrar, but it seems to be Nominet. The .co.uk domain was functional until it mysteriously got locked as I was setting up my website. I have been struggling for nearly a year to unlock it. Every attempt through their help system has been frustrating due to multiple barriers and delays. The process is convoluted and seems designed to extract more money from customers. My experience has been a waste of time and money, and the customer service has been challenging, making me consider abandoning the project. I believe a full refund would be a fair resolution considering the stress and time lost.
