I am deeply frustrated with the mishandling and inability to close my accounts despite multiple attempts, causing financial distress and incompetence. I have sought legal counsel and reported this matter to the appropriate authorities for your disregard of banking laws and lack of customer service. Please cease all communication and actions related to my accounts. I have documented all correspondence and will take further action if necessary. I prefer to bank with an institution that values customer service and respects its clients' time and security.

I initiated a $[redacted].00 bill pay transfer from my Go Bank app to Current app on 03/14/21. Despite the transaction being processed on 03/15/21, I have yet to receive the funds as of 03/21/21. The transfer was made to Choice Financial Group, [redacted] 23rd Ave South Fargo, ND [redacted] using my account number ending in [redacted]. After contacting Current app support and Choice Financial Group, I was directed back to Go Bank multiple times. The customer service experience with Go Bank has been frustrating, with lengthy phone calls every day. I hope to have the issue resolved promptly and receive the funds in my Current account.

I've been calling repeatedly but keep getting placed on hold with no one returning to the phone. This has happened to me four times now. I initiated a dispute, but it seems the dispute has not been processed yet. I received a new card, but I'm unsure about the status of the $70 disputed charge. Additionally, there are unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted] from LaPlace, a place I have never been to. Despite my attempts to reach out, I have been redirected several times without any resolution. I am frustrated and just want my money back. This situation is causing me distress as I have never encountered such issues before. Other card companies are also facing challenges due to covid-19, but they manage to assist their customers. I feel unheard and ignored, leading me to consider canceling my card.

I recently spoke with a representative named Dexter who was unhelpful. I am surprised that the bank cannot update my information or send a verification code to my phone. Dexter was impolite and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. According to him, without access to my email, there is nothing they can do. It concerns me that I may never access my account again simply because of an email issue. There should be alternative ways to verify one's identity. This situation makes me question the legitimacy of this bank if they prevent access due to an email problem. I believe others must also recognize the issue here.

I have multiple bank cards, one needs activation, and I don't have the 4-digit code for the ATM. I'd like to activate one and merge them onto a single card. I've attempted this through the mobile app but it's been confusing, and I believe my other account is now locked. I'm feeling very frustrated and could use some assistance, please.

Yesterday, I purchased a GoBank card from Walgreens and made a deposit onto it at 5:13 pm. When I tried to rent a car from Enterprise, the card had not been activated. I mistakenly gave a scammer pretending to be from Enterprise my card numbers. After confirming with Enterprise that they do not take phone payments, I called GoBank to ensure no money had been taken out. They indicated there was a pending payment, but reassured me that no money had been withdrawn. When I emphasized the potential scam, they requested my information. Later, when I contacted them again, they informed me that the card details I provided were incorrect. Despite my earlier warning and information sharing, they still allowed a fraudulent transaction to occur.

I lost my stimulus card from Green Dot and GoBank. Unfortunately, there have been issues with accessing my funds due to theft. My ex-partner stole various cards, including my unemployment card, US Bank card, and HIRE account, and even my iPhone SE 7. There were unauthorized transactions on my US Bank card and an extra stimulus on PayPal and Serve accounts. It seems she also gained access to my email accounts, leading to my numbers being deleted. As a result, many accounts like US Bank, HIRE, PayPal, Green Dot, and GoBank have been locked. I'd like to resolve these issues, regain access to my accounts, and retrieve my funds, as I have evidence of the theft. Thank you for your assistance.

My name is Andrew Wingrove. My GoBank MasterCard was stolen on the evening of April 15th along with my wallet and phone. I logged into my account this morning to report the card stolen and discovered 10 unauthorized transactions since then. The last legitimate transaction was with West Virginia DMV for $52 on April 15th. All other transactions between April 15th and April 17th were not made by me. I would like to cancel the card, get a new one, and if necessary, change my account number. I need this resolved promptly as I just started a new job and need to set up direct deposit with my GoBank account. I prefer not to switch banks as I have been with GoBank for around seven to eight years and have never had any issues before. I have tried to contact the vendors of the unauthorized transactions, but they advised me to resolve it with my bank. I added $[redacted] to my card this morning for my truck insurance but noticed that Step 1 Credit LLC took out $[redacted].95 without my permission. I mentioned my credit goals to a representative, saying I'm improving my credit score with Credit Karma. I explained I'm on disability and money is tight, so I didn't authorize any payments. I have yet to receive a card from GoBank because my mailing address is not on file. As a result, my account is locked. Despite multiple phone calls and emails to provide my address - which they claimed they needed - nothing seems to be working. Each time I followed up, they stated they had not received the information, but on one occasion, they assured me they had and that everything was proceeding well, only to never receive the promised check. Even though I was told my account details would be updated, that has yet to happen. Dealing with this issue since last year, I have spoken with supervisors, though at times I was denied access to one or even abruptly disconnected after long waits on the phone. The lack of progress and the unhelpful responses have left me frustrated. Despite requesting a check instead of a card, I am left with no resolution. I am now considering legal action due to the disrespectful treatment and lack of assistance I have faced. Additionally, I am struggling to obtain the correct email address to send in my verification information. If anyone has any insights, please share.

I recently loaded money onto my card, not realizing it was not fully activated. When I tried to use it, I encountered issues and had to contact customer service. They directed me to an automated system, which unfortunately disconnected me. I managed to activate my account on gobank.com and now have access to my personalized homepage. However, there seems to be a block on my account until I confirm my identity to fully activate it. This block is causing inconvenience as I have bills to pay by midnight. I had trouble remembering my GoBank account password, and after multiple attempts, I got locked out, losing access to my funds. To regain access, I had to submit a photo of my license to prove my identity. The app glitched on my phone, preventing me from uploading the photo. So, I sent it from my computer, and it was clear, not blurred. However, GoBank claimed it was "illegible." When I tried calling, I was disconnected three times after pressing zero for a live representative. I talked to the company that referred me to GoBank, confirming it was not my phone's fault. There seems to be an issue either with their phone system or their employees hanging up on customers, which is particularly problematic since it impacts accessing funds.

I have been dealing with fraudulent charges from internet dating sites for several months, totaling thousands of dollars. Despite contacting the sites and my bank multiple times, the issue persists. During this time, my account was frozen by the fraud department, providing temporary relief. However, after unlocking it and securing my funds, unauthorized charges continued, including a suspicious 5.42 cent transaction at a QT location where I was arrested. I suspect my former roommate, Patrick Flemington, who had access to my card during my incarceration, is involved. Upon my release, I discovered my belongings had been stolen from my residence. I only authorized transactions for gas, Google Pay, Pandora, and U-Haul storage, totaling around $[redacted]. The remaining $[redacted] is unauthorized, and previous transactions from the same sources are likely fraudulent. Despite efforts to resolve these issues with both my bank and the companies involved, I have faced delays and unhelpful responses. I urgently need assistance in recovering my funds from these deceitful internet companies and addressing the misuse of my card by someone I once trusted.

I had a GoBank account that was targeted by hackers trying to steal my money. GoBank froze my account to protect it, which I appreciate, but I urgently need access to my funds now. I submitted the required documentation three months ago and then again three days ago. They had promised to send the check within two weeks after the first submission, but I am still waiting. A few weeks ago, there was a $[redacted] charge on my account in error. I contacted Zoosk, and they claimed to have credited the account. I have patiently waited for that credit, but after reviewing the statement multiple times, no credit has been issued, and the transaction is not shown on the statement. I would like to know why because the money was debited. The account shows the debit but no longer appears on my statement, and no credit in the amount of $[redacted] has ever been issued.

I recently rented a vehicle and the rental company placed a hold on my GoBank Visa for the deposit. When I returned the car, they released the hold on the funds. I checked my GoBank Visa account through the app and noticed the pending hold for the deposit was no longer visible. I called customer service to inquire about when the funds would be returned to my card. The agent informed me that the funds wouldn't be available until September [redacted], which is two months away. Dissatisfied with the timeframe, I requested to speak to a supervisor but got disconnected after a 30-minute hold. Upon calling back, I encountered the same issue. I'm simply looking for a more reasonable timeline for the release of my funds, as I shouldn't have to wait two months for money that was held on my account.

I have various issues with Go Bank related to my child support payments. The employees have accused me of lying, but I have proof that they were wrong.
