I've been calling over and over and I just get put on hold and I never no one ever ever comes back to the phone and that happened to me through four times now I did a dispute but probably the dispute ain't even been done I got a brand new card melt to me everything and I'm wondering what's going on with my dispute of the $** that was taken out of my account and then I got the other I need to put a dispute out for the transactions that's $*** from LaPlace I never been to LaPlace so I don't know why that's getting pulled out my account neither so but I can't speak to anyone about anything about it because they keep telling me all I'm going to connect you here I'm going to connect you here hold on I'm going to connect it to this person and they say the same department that they're going to connect me to every time they get a new person gets on the phone so I don't know what's going on but I really would like my money and I'm just going to let this card go because I've never been through this in my life this is the first time ever that I dealt with things like this and the other card companies are going through covid-** too and but they get to their customers I've never got anything done nobody contact me back nobody nothing so I just I want my money back and I'm a cancel out my card
