I had funds in my Go Bank card last night. This morning, I attempted to access my funds, but my login details were changed to a username of "[redacted]" My account was opened under my name and social security number, Kathleen Ely. The individual changed my name to "[redacted]" and is still utilizing my social security number. I am unable to access my account as they modified both my name and the account number ending in [redacted]. They also altered my password while still utilizing my social security number. I have been trying all day to contact someone from Go Bank. Earlier today, my account held $[redacted]. I drove for Uber for a few years but never activated the Uber debit card. Due to COVID-19, I had to close my bank account. Now that I want to go back to driving, I need a new card. Uber is asking me to reach out to see if I qualify for a new card by providing a screencast. I've tried calling all the phone numbers and entering my information, but since I'm no longer in the system, I can't proceed any further. I've been dealing with this for two months now, and I haven't received help from either side. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a GoBank Debit Visa card from Dollar General and loaded $[redacted] onto it. I have been unsuccessful in activating the card through the touch-tone service and online, and now it says my account is locked for 24 hours. I have the receipt, packaging, and all the details from the purchase. I need the card urgently as there is a significant amount of money on it. Please contact me via email to help resolve this issue. Experian has been charging me $19.99 monthly without explanation; I am unable to reach them. I do not authorize these charges and want them to cease immediately. I have spoken to my bank about this issue before. I hope to receive a refund for these unauthorized charges. I use a Go Bank card with the number 4[redacted]-0[redacted], which is where the charges are appearing. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello GoBank, My account has been locked and has been pending since last week. I've been trying to seek help, but the representative asked for my driver's license, pay stub, and bank statements. I don't use a traditional bank so I don't have bank statements, but I have provided my driver's license and pay stub. I need guidance on how to send these documents. I have not been able to access my stimulus payment deposited by the IRS on November 12, [redacted]. Since I never received a card, I am unable to use the funds. Being homeless, I lack any form of identification. The bank charges me fees every month, giving them access to my funds while I remain unable to access them. I kindly request to have my account unlocked so I can access my funds or to have the full $[redacted] sent back to the IRS, so they can issue a paper check to me.

I've been struggling to activate my GO2bank card for several days now, both through phone and online methods, with no success. Online, I keep receiving a message saying that my account is declined, which is confusing because I have my card and account number. Every time I call for assistance, there are technical difficulties, and the automated message asks me to call back later, which hasn't helped as the issue remains. The contact number provided on the card doesn't connect me to a representative either. I'm expecting a direct deposit soon and urgently require access to my account and card services.

I need to reset my password to access my account. I recently moved and misplaced my card. The last time I used my account was in April when the first round of stimulus checks were distributed. I attempted to contact support, but unfortunately, they disconnected the call when I was explaining my situation to the representative. I recently loaded money onto a card I've had since July. Unfortunately, I'm unsure if it was activated, forgotten, or possibly closed by the company. When I tried to use it for my car payment, it was declined. Upon attempting to check online, I received an error message stating the information didn't match the records when I tried to log in. Now, I'm unsure how to proceed to access the funds on the card. I urgently need access to my old account or to transfer the funds to another card. Please advise on next steps.

My account got locked because I used a $20 moneypac that was reported stolen. I've been trying to find the person who gave it to me, but no luck. With over $[redacted] in my account, the monthly fees keep adding up as I can't access it. I'd like the account closed and the $20 deducted so I can get the rest of my money.

I bought a Go Bank card and used it without issues for more than a month. Unfortunately, my wallet got stolen before I could withdraw some money that was deposited. I have encountered a concerning situation involving three recent transactions from 11/23/[redacted] to 12/24/[redacted]. Despite the money being deducted from my account totaling $1,[redacted], the payments were not sent to my Apartment Landlord. I am frustrated as there seems to be no customer service available. My account has been taken over, preventing me from accessing it. I misplaced my debit card and requested a replacement yesterday. The app stated that the new card would arrive in two weeks, but this wait is too long as I have recently received my stimulus money in that account. I am seeking guidance on transferring money from my current account to a different checking account at another bank because I urgently need to cover rent and grocery expenses sooner than two weeks from now.

I'm having trouble logging into the GoBank app and activating my card. I'm not sure if there was a mistake in the information I entered. The card details match, but my social security number doesn't match the info on the app. It seems like the system might have incorrect information causing issues with creating an account. I purchased a GoBank card from Walmart, took it home, and attempted to activate it, but encountered issues. After 4 hours of trying to reach customer service, the representative informed me that the card was defective. I paid $[redacted] for it, have the receipts, and was promised a refund within 3 days. I added $20 to the card, but the balance check shows only that amount. Despite not being able to use the card, it appears they don't have my information to assist me further. I recently spoke with you. After signing up for a free 7-day trial, I got disconnected. I have a concern: I received a trial card followed by the actual card. My email username was changed to [redacted], along with a new password. I am unsure how this was possible. I requested and received a new card via FedEx today. Upon trying to activate it, I encountered issues logging in or accessing my account. Additionally, $[redacted] was taken from my account.
