I recently installed the GoBank app on my phone after buying a starter kit at Walgreens and loading $** on the card. I have receipts for the payment and the $*.** fee. When I tried to register the card on Gobank.com, I entered all the information, but when I hit confirm, nothing happened. I then tried again, but still no success. I expected the $** from the starter kit to appear on the app upon activation, but it hasn't. To add to the confusion, when I called last night and entered the card number, it said it didn't recognize it. After entering my social security number and date of birth, the computer mentioned I had two GoBank accounts, which surprised me as I don't recall having two. I am eager to resolve this issue as I want to use GoBank. My username is BobB*****@***.com, and the Visa debit card I got from Walgreens is ****-****-****-****. Thank you for your prompt assistance. My name is Sulay Escoto. On 07/31/20, individuals claiming to be from ComEd told me to purchase a card and deposit $[redacted] to pay my bill or face disconnection. I complied. On 08/01/20, they demanded an additional $[redacted] for a new installation, making me suspicious of a scam. I refused to pay and threatened to involve the police. I seek assistance in recovering my initial $[redacted].

GoBank closed my account abruptly without allowing me the opportunity to upload my Driver's License for verification. The account number in question is [redacted]. I used this account to manage my Pandemic Funds, which are crucial for the people I support. I am requesting to have the funds transferred to another Green Dot account with the number [redacted]. Please address this matter promptly. While the decision to close the account was made, it is essential that I access my funds without delay as it affects my financial rights. I am a Senior Citizen, and withholding my funds could be viewed as potential elder abuse. Kindly proceed with the transfer of the $10,[redacted].00 balance to the specified account. Thank you.

I purchased a Go Bank prepaid debit card today at Family Dollar. After paying for the card and adding $[redacted] to it, I realized I couldn't use it for Cash App payments. I tried to register it on activate.com and the Go Banking mobile app, but I kept getting errors about the card being invalid. I've been trying to fix this for 3 hours now, and my landlord is waiting for their rent. I need to get the $[redacted] off the card to pay them. I even returned to the store to check if there was a mistake, but the receipt shows the $[redacted] was added correctly. I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue.

During the past eight weeks, I have been receiving IV antibiotics due to a heart disease diagnosis. Recently, I noticed two large transactions on my bank statement totaling $[redacted].75 and $[redacted].33 to JM Bullion, a site that sells precious metals. I don't recall making nor authorizing these purchases as I have never had any dealings with this company or owned precious metals. These transactions were made through bill pay using my debit card, which I have linked to my phone and Apple Pay. I suspect my phone may have been hacked. I am looking to dispute these unauthorized charges promptly.

I received my SBA loan from the government in my GoBank account on 8/6/20. After withdrawing $[redacted] to pay 2 employees, my GoBank card was locked and closed. Following instructions from a GoBank representative, I uploaded my Florida ID multiple times until it finally went through. Despite this, no call came after 2 days as promised. Upon contacting GoBank again, it was stated that further verification was necessary. I then uploaded my loan agreement, Schedule C, and a document from my lender confirming the deposit date. Even after submitting all required documents to verify my loan and business, GoBank still refuses to release my funds. I am now considering taking legal action against GoBank.

I recently received a significant deposit into my account before even activating my card. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that my account is currently under review and blocked. The funds are visible on the app, but I am unable to access them. I urgently need to use this money that was sent by my boyfriend. I'm unsure whether I should wait for the review to be completed or if there is a way to close the account and have the funds released. I have been waiting for a resolution for quite some time and haven't received a clear answer from customer support. Time is of the essence, and I really need access to these funds. I recently purchased a GoBank card to receive money from someone. They advised me to wait for the money to send before activating the card. Upon trying to activate it, I was informed it was already activated. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in as the system is not recognizing my SSN or password. Hello, I am writing to address unauthorized charges on my account. Recently, I have noticed several transactions that I did not authorize. I am specifically concerned about charges made to lowes, walmart.com, DHgate.com, and various other places. While I did authorize charges to tiger commissary at the Bowie County Sheriff's Office, all other charges listed were not made by me. These unauthorized transactions have caused a financial strain, especially since I am currently in jail. I have taken steps to report my cards lost or stolen and have attempted to reach out for help, but I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I have been a customer of GoBank for approximately two years. They usually do not put a hold on my account when I use the gas station machine. Recently, GoBank introduced a Backup Balance feature which covers purchases when there are insufficient funds, though I did not opt for this service. On September 3, [redacted], when trying to get gas, my card was charged $75, and another charge of $10.27 went through the next day. This totaled $95.54, significantly more than the limit I expected to be able to spend with the $60 in my account.

I bought "Investor leads" from Database USA, but upon receiving them, I realized the names were likely harvested from the internet. The emails are not opt-in, and a majority of the phone numbers are disconnected. Many out of the first 60 calls resulted in 40 being disconnected, not just wrong numbers. Contacting harvested names and emails is illegal. I would like a full refund and am willing to return the list.

I recently contacted Go Bank customer service regarding an activated card that I never received in the mail. The agent advised closing the account and starting fresh with a new starter kit. After closing the old account, I purchased a new starter kit, but encountered issues when trying to register the new card. The system indicated my email was already in use with the closed account and requested a different email, which I prefer not to change. When calling for assistance, I was prompted to register the new card on the app. However, not having the old card number was a challenge. I urgently need to access my direct deposit information and determine if a personal loan has been deposited. The bank is requesting this information, causing delays in paying my bills. I bought two Go Bank Checking Account cards totaling $[redacted] for a friend who bought an item from Amazon. She needed more cards as instructed by a person claiming to be from Amazon named Anders Nicoli. I went along and got the cards but realized it was a scam when he asked for more money through a Walmart Money Card. I can't reach anyone at the bank without sharing sensitive information. I have a negative balance of $[redacted].91, exactly the amount I transferred from another account. I sent $[redacted] to someone and put the rest in my vault, leaving me with a zero balance. The next day, my balance is negative. I've had money disappear from my vault, been charged ATM fees at free ATMs, and now my balance is messed up. These glitches are unacceptable. I need to trust the system handling my money. I can't use my cards now because any deposit I make will go to the negative balance. I want my account back in good standing so I can use it as intended.

I recently purchased a prepaid Gobank VISA card due to a hacking incident at home during the Coronavirus situation. Unfortunately, I have not been able to activate or use the card. I also received an unsolicited Green Dot Unlimited card from the same bank. Despite my concerns about security, I urgently need access to my $30 on the Gobank card tonight. I recently opened an account to receive my unemployment benefits. After a large deposit was made by the agency, my account was restricted for suspicious activity. I was asked to upload my State ID to resolve the issue, but my ID was stolen with my purse. I currently do not have the necessary documents to replace it. I have been a GoBank customer for about three or four months now, and everything was going smoothly until I noticed some unauthorized charges on my card. After contacting GoBank, we closed that card and they sent me a new personalized one in the mail, which I received at the beginning of September. However, I recently discovered that my account is locked, preventing me from activating my new card. I still have some funds left from the previous card on the account, but I can't access them. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and online, I have not been able to reach a human or resolve the issue. This situation has left me feeling very frustrated, as I am unable to access my funds.

I received a call from an individual claiming to be from Go Bank offering me a loan. He identified himself as David Kelly with an American name but had an Indian accent. He mentioned my eligibility for a loan and provided a loan approval number, DC5008. He instructed me to speak with a verification officer and gave a phone number, [redacted] ext ID3009. After being transferred to another person named Jason, also with an Indian accent, it became clear they were not legitimate. I express concern about scammers targeting vulnerable individuals, like myself, for financial gain. Being 74 years old and reliant on social security, I'm only seeking a loan to manage my bills. Unfortunately, I was previously scammed out of $[redacted] by another fraudulent company.
