The issue in GetHuman-brixzanb's own words
my **** tax refund and my stimulas check was deposited in your bank account * …….**** under the name of Lorraine Rodriguez without my concent. This is stealing and fraud on her part. My name is not on the account and her name is not associated with my **** tax refund or stimulas check? What can I do about this matter?*Brian David Widener*The refund check $****.** was deposited on or about February ** and the stimulas check $****.** was deposited on about April **......Both of these checks were solely in my name and I have not received any money as of yet. I want to know what your bank intends to do about accepting checks with my name on them and my name is no where on this account. the account * ********** routing **********I want this matter taken care of as soon as possible and I do not want any more checks of mine from the IRS to go into this account .You can call me at ***-***-****. I will be more than happy to fill out any fraud papers against this person.
