I have encountered an issue with my bank account. On Wednesday the 29th, I visited a U.S. Bank ATM to withdraw $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the ATM had a malfunction and could not dispense the money, so it voided the transaction and returned the funds to me. However, when I later attempted to withdraw the money from a different ATM, I received an insufficient funds message. I then transferred the money back to my account. That evening, I moved $[redacted] from my vault to my account and made a $[redacted] purchase via PayPal. To my surprise, when I checked my account yesterday, it showed a negative balance. This is incorrect, and I urgently need to address this error. I have been struggling to reach a customer service representative via the automated phone system. I must resolve this issue promptly as I am getting married tomorrow and require the funds for essential purchases.

I visited the IRS website to check the status of my stimulus payment, which indicated that my payment should be deposited into my GoBank account on April 28th. However, as of May 2nd, I have not seen the payment in my account despite checking multiple times a day. I have been attempting to contact GoBank to resolve this issue, but their website is extremely confusing and I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance. I am in urgent need of this payment to pay my bills and avoid financial difficulties. GoBank's lack of clear communication is causing unnecessary stress in my life. Hello, I recently received my GoBank card in the mail, but I have been experiencing some issues with it. When I tried to activate it over the phone, I didn't set up a PIN. Hello, I recently received my GoBank card in the mail but encountered issues activating it without setting up a PIN. I received my stimulus check last Friday which I tried to use but the card was not working. When attempting to set up the PIN online, I received a message that my card was not active. I have set up a recurring payment to Dan Yagud for $[redacted]. The first withdrawal was on April 29, [redacted], and it was debited from my account as expected. Mr. Yagud was supposed to receive the full amount on May 5, [redacted], but as of today, May 11, [redacted], there is no indication that the payment has been made or returned to my account. My account had the necessary funds on time, but the payment is missing. I urgently require an explanation for this delay and for the money to be sent to him immediately. I am upset about the situation and the fees his company is charging me due to the delay. I am considering closing my account due to the ongoing issues with your bank and will share my experience with the media. There is a lack of support during this crisis, and not being able to have direct conversations adds to the frustration.

My [redacted] tax refund and stimulus check were deposited into your bank account ending in [redacted] under the name Lorraine Rodriguez without my consent. This is theft and fraud on her part. My name isn't listed on the account, and her name isn't linked to my [redacted] tax refund or stimulus check. What can be done about this situation? Brian David Widener The refund of $3,[redacted] was deposited around February 28, and the stimulus check of $1,[redacted] was deposited around April 15. Both checks were only in my name, and I haven't received any funds yet. I want to know what actions your bank will take regarding depositing checks without my name on the account. The account number is [redacted] with routing number [redacted]53. Please address this promptly, and I don't want any more of my IRS checks going into this account. I am frustrated because I verified my identity with you 4 years ago and now I can't access my money. I resent having to re-send my ID. When I was setting up my debit card and account details on the GoBank website, I accidentally let my browser choose my password for me. Regrettably, I've now lost access to the saved password and I'm unable to log in to my account since I haven't received my card yet. I have my email and username, but without the card, I can't obtain the card number and CVV needed, along with my social security number, to change the password. It's frustrating not being able to update my direct deposit details without first changing my password. While I appreciate the helpful and patient customer service representative I spoke to, the requirement to enter card details without the physical card seems unreasonable. I believe a social security number, valid email, and birthdate should suffice to request a password change.

I recently applied for a GoBank card and received it two days ago. I lost my GoBank card on Thursday, June 11th. After searching and making calls, I discovered it was found at an auto parts store where I had visited. I had already reported it lost or stolen on Friday morning before knowing it was found. They are sending me a new card, but I urgently need access to my account for daily transactions related to my work. I purchased a new card from the store and now need to either activate this new card and close the old account or reactivate my original card. The delay in getting the new card by mail is causing inconvenience. I need a quick resolution to access my funds today.

I am extremely frustrated after just learning about your 10-day credit back policy on holds placed on a GoBank card by a merchant. I do not understand why you maintain this hold policy even after the merchant releases it. Additionally, if the hold amount is not credited back within the 10 business days, customers are forced to file a dispute, leading to a further delay of 24 hours or more before the funds are returned. This policy is not customer-friendly and can have a negative impact, especially on financially struggling customers, making a bad situation even worse. In my experience, most banks release held funds within 48-72 hours or immediately upon release by the merchant or customer request, after verifying with the vendor.

My bank account has been closed, and I am having trouble reaching GoBank's customer service at their [redacted] number. After contacting the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment, I was informed by several representatives that they are not aware of any issues and don't understand why I was referred to them. I am unsure of the next steps, and I am seeking assistance.

I contacted customer service in July [redacted] regarding my missing card. I was informed that the card was returned, being processed by the lost and stolen department, but we got disconnected. I cannot access my online account as I forgot my username and password, and I lack the 16-digit card number. I am also inquiring about my last deposit amounts since July, specifically the credited amounts and the direct deposit source. I filed a claim last summer due to unauthorized transactions, but I haven't received a refund for them, many being to jailatm.com and appleitune.com. Could you provide details on transactions to jailatm.com, such as the recipient's location (county and city) or the inmate it was sent to? Also, if there were transactions to appleitune.com around the same time, I would like that information too.

In October [redacted], I purchased a GoBank card for $2.95 and loaded it with $[redacted], only to have it stolen. Following advice from a GoBank representative on 12/2/19 during one of many calls, I was instructed to send my utility bill and state ID to [redacted], including the last 4 digits of my card ([redacted]) with a note stating "Refund Request/Account takeover." I meticulously documented each call in a log book with representative information and case numbers. Despite assurances of timely callbacks, my efforts have been in vain. I am frustrated with the lack of response from GoBank and Greendot regarding my missing funds. I am contemplating escalating this matter to the relevant authorities. Refund my money promptly. I am facing a situation with my Go Bank account. Recently, my fiancé's unemployment was deposited into it as he doesn't have any other account to use. We managed to access it on 7/1/20, but the next day, on 7/2/20, his attempt to use it was declined as the account got blocked. The reason for the block is because the account is under my name, while the funds are in his name. We urgently need access to these funds today to pay our bills and avoid facing service interruptions. Due to the financial impact of the COVID pandemic, we haven't been able to work and as a result, have been eagerly awaiting this money to catch up on our bills. We assured some creditors of payment on 7/2/20, but without access to the funds, we are now at risk of losing our home and having utilities shut off. It's crucial to have this block removed promptly so we can address these pressing issues.

I have been attempting to open a new GOBANK CARD ACCOUNT for about an hour now. However, it indicates that I already have an account open. I recently purchased this GOBANK CARD at Walmart and loaded $25 on it for an upcoming wire transfer. How can I activate this new GOBANK CARD? 1I recently started using my GoBank account again, and my usual login method was my fingerprint or autofill. Unfortunately, I accidentally clicked "remember" and now I'm locked out. 2. The card linked to my account never arrived, and I never used it. I don't have any other way to access my account, but I did apply for another card before getting locked out. I recently received a payment from someone using their GoBank account, but when I tried to create my own account to access it, I was informed that there was already an account associated with my email address. Unfortunately, I have no recollection of setting up this account and can't recall the password. To reset it, GoBank requires my SSN, account card number, and CSV, none of which I have because I don't remember having a GoBank card. I recently installed the GoBank app on my phone and bought a starter kit at Walgreens, loading $20 onto the card paying a fee of $2.95. I've attempted to activate the card on GoBank.com/setup, but after inputting my information and hitting "confirm," nothing happens. When trying to activate my account, I expected the $20 starter kit amount to appear on the app, but it hasn't. During a call, the system didn't recognize my card number, and when I used my social security number and date of birth, it indicated I had two GoBank accounts, which is puzzling because I don't recall having two.
