The issue in GetHuman-julliet's own words
My account is showing a negative balance when it shouldn't be. On Wednesday the **th I went to the ATM u.s. bank and try to withdrawal $*** after moving it from My Vault the ATM had some sort of malfunction and was unable to disburse my money so it returned my money after voiding the transaction. Once I seen that the money had been returned I went to a different ATM and attempted to remove this money and was unsuccessful getting a insufficient funds message. I then moved the money back to my vault. Later that evening I moved $*** from My Vault to my account and made a separate purchase of $*** to PayPal. Yesterday when I open my account I noticed it was in the negative now this is incorrect I need to address this have been trying to call the *** number and continue to just be defeated by the automated system instead of being able to get to a person I need to correct an address this right away as I'm getting married tomorrow and need to make some purchases.
