I purchased a card on 12/14/19 and loaded $[redacted] onto it. After registering the card online, it stated that I have a limited access account. Although I can spend the existing funds on the card, I am unable to add more money to it, which is acceptable for my needs. I intended to use the card to pay my car payment, but it has been declined at the car loan office, preventing me from accessing my $[redacted].05. I am frustrated that my funds seem to be held without my control.

I recently got an email from Go Bank regarding a claim for my Uber driver card, but I'm confused about its contents. The email mentioned that claim #[redacted]0 was canceled for various reasons like an invalid request, wrong issue type, canceled request, or duplicate submission. They advised me to reach out to the phone number on the back of my card for more help if I want to follow up on this matter.

My card was compromised with unauthorized charges totaling 32 transactions of $2.09 each to Google Webtoon, along with a $1.00 charge and a $5.00 charge for the same service. These fraudulent charges originated from locations in NY and CA while I reside in FL. I am heading to Walmart to withdraw the remainder of my funds to prevent further unauthorized transactions. The most recent legitimate transaction was for $58 to Sprint billing earlier today. A total of $81.24 has been withdrawn from my account without authorization, and I urgently need these funds returned as my rent payment is due soon.

Hello, I am struggling to open my account. I received my debit card, but there seems to be an issue with my email address. After an hour-long call with customer service, they advised me to cancel my account. However, when I tried to create a new one, I encountered difficulties. I have noticed recurring charges on my card from Apple and Bill, varying from $0.99 to $4.99. The amounts differ each time and sometimes the charge doesn't go through due to insufficient funds. I want these charges to cease as I do not recall authorizing them and it is causing financial strain.

When attempting to apply for the Uber driver card, I keep receiving the notification, "Unfortunately, you are not eligible to receive a Go Bank account at this time." Despite applying multiple times, I have not received a clear reason for the rejections. As a dedicated Uber driver with a gold status, it's perplexing to be denied the driver card without explanation. My attempts to reach a representative at Go Bank have been futile as the phone system requires an account to proceed. Uber also confirmed that the rejections were unusual. I recently had a payment to Wells Fargo declined, resulting in a $27.00 return check charge. As an Uber driver, I benefit from free overdraft protection. Although I was not overdrawn at the time, any potential overdraft should have been covered. Please refund the $27.00 fee as it appears to be an error. I am experiencing issues with the post office returning my mail due to an incorrect address. To resolve this, I need a new card sent to general delivery in Weed, California. In the interim, I would like to reactivate my temporary card so I can receive my direct deposit. It is urgent, and I have been trying to contact customer service without success. I purchased a prepaid GoBank starter kit Visa debit card from Dollar Tree and loaded it with $[redacted]. I have been attempting to activate the card online and through the GoBank app without success. Each time I try to create an account, I receive an error message prompting me to try again later. I bought the card yesterday at 1 PM, and it's now 9:20 AM, so I expected it to work by now. I would appreciate assistance in getting my card activated.

I recently ordered a new card, but it was sent to the wrong address. I require it to be sent to [redacted] Danley Dr, Fort Myers, FL [redacted]. Also, my online access is currently locked, preventing me from sending money to someone using the PayPal option. This issue has persisted for two months, and I am highly dissatisfied. I had a dispute on my Visa card due to an authorized transaction. After receiving a letter on January 21st stating the issue was resolved, my account was partially credited. Despite being informed to wait for the remaining credit, I find this delay unacceptable as I rely on the funds to attend work. I was assured the full amount would be credited, but it hasn't reflected in my account. I need immediate resolution to ensure my account is complete as promised. I've already invested a lot of time into this matter and cannot afford to miss work due to these financial discrepancies. If the credit isn't processed promptly, I expect compensation for my time and lost wages.

I encountered an issue with my bank account after returning from a trip due to a family emergency. While away, I didn't use my account because I wasn't working. Upon my return, I couldn't purchase gas during an Uber pickup as my account was apparently tampered with. After contacting the bank and providing my Social Security number, I was informed that my account had been closed, and I was unable to open a new one. This closure came as a surprise as my account was in good standing before I left town. The incident occurred during my first transaction back in town at 1:03 AM. As an Uber driver, I accidentally deleted the email and phone number linked to my GoBank account, which is causing me login issues. Despite contacting GoBank six months ago, they were unable to update my information. Consequently, I am currently locked out of accessing my Uber pay, and I no longer have the GoBank card as advised to destroy by their representative. When contacting Uber for assistance, they redirect me to GoBank, where I am unable to verify my birthdate using my SSN and zip code. I am willing to provide any necessary Uber documents to update my GoBank account information, obtain a new card, and have access restored.

I recently fell victim to a scam after receiving an electronic call claiming my electric service would be cut off. After following their instructions, I ended up transferring $[redacted] using a go card as part of the scam. When I realized something was wrong, I checked my bank statement and discovered the fraud. Upon investigating further, I found information online warning about this scam involving calls from a number pretending to be Puget Sound Energy. I requested a replacement card on 1/24, and it was shipped on 1/27. Today is 2/6, and I still haven't received it. I have urgent bills to pay, and this delay is causing me financial strain. I tried contacting customer service, but I was unable to escalate the issue to a supervisor or manager. I am in a tough spot and can't afford to wait another 10 days for a new card that was supposed to arrive by 2/4. I was informed by customer service that they can't reactivate my old card, and there are limited options to expedite a new one. I recently ordered a new card to replace my broken one, and I was informed that it would arrive in 5-7 business days. However, it has been almost two weeks and I still haven't received it. Meanwhile, I have a pending payroll check and important bills like my car note and rent to pay. Today, when I tried to log into my account to check on a refund, I was surprised to see an error message indicating that my account is blocked pending further review. I recently changed my email and had to change my phone number due to hacking issues. Unfortunately, I didn't consider the consequences, and now I am unable to access my account. There have been unauthorized transactions on my card, and I am worried about my financial security. I am still using the same card but cannot log in to my online account. After being in jail for over nine months, I have recently been released. During my time away, I believe a claim was made with your company, but my power of attorney managed that. Shockingly, someone managed to access my card details and spent over $5,[redacted] without my knowledge. It's frustrating to think that my money was taken in such a way while I couldn't even use the card myself. I'm feeling angry and annoyed by the lack of action from your end. Can you please address this issue promptly?
