I recently attempted to activate my card online. I followed the steps and reached the final stage where I had to confirm. However, instead of activating, I was prompted to call a number which led me to unhelpful representatives. Even after speaking to a supervisor, I still couldn't get assistance and now my account is locked for 24 hours. I urgently need my card unlocked as I rely on it to pay my phone bill and can't afford activation fees. As a single mother on a tight budget, I live paycheck to paycheck and this situation is causing me distress. Please assist me promptly.

I recently had to dispute a transaction as my paycheck was stolen a month ago. After waiting for a resolution, my funds were returned to my account on October 6th. When I requested a new card from GoBank, it did not arrive, so I contacted them on the 16th. I was informed my account was closed and a new GoBank card was being sent. However, yesterday I received a GreenDot card instead. When I tried contacting GoBank today, I couldn't proceed due to an invalid social security number prompt. The situation has left me with no access to my funds, causing financial difficulties. GreenDot also sent a duplicate card with the same account number. I am in urgent need of assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I purchased a GOBank card and loaded $[redacted] onto it. The initial deposit was made at the Walgreens on the Northeast corner of Harrison & 84th street. I ordered a pair of shoes from Amazon Prime totalling just under $[redacted]. After canceling the order due to my husband's preference, I tried to undo the cancellation. Despite being informed that no charges were made until shipping, I later discovered that I was actually charged twice for the same Yellow Leather Air Force 1 sneakers. I am concerned because the automated system shows a zero balance, even though I have not yet received my personalized Visa Debit card.

I have not received my GoBank card in the mail despite being told it was at the post office. I visited the post office, but they do not have it. When I finally reached a GoBank representative, I requested for the money to be transferred to my boyfriend's GoBank card, as advised. They said it would be there by October 22nd, but the card has not arrived yet. There's over $[redacted] on the card, including a transaction I did not make, and I have not been refunded. I want my funds transferred to my new Green Dot card, which I had to get because of the lack of progress with GoBank for over a month. I am frustrated with the inability to talk to a live person and the lack of assistance. Please assist in transferring my money and reversing the unauthorized charges. Thank you for your help.

I am seeking assistance in contacting Gethuman-bioprizz to help me resolve the issue I am having with reaching a live representative at GObank. I purchased a GObank card at a local Walgreens on October 17, initially loading $[redacted] onto it despite being charged $8.99 and $2.99 in fees. Recently, I discovered that someone fraudulently used my account to make unauthorized purchases, depleting the funds I needed for rent and a gift for my husband from Amazon. Despite multiple attempts over ten days, I have been unable to reach a live person at GObank to report the breach and request a refund. The unauthorized purchases, including two pairs of Nike Air Force1 shoes, caused the cancellation of my husband's gift order due to insufficient funds. GObank's lack of customer support is unacceptable given the fees I have already been charged. I made multiple payments with my GoBank prepaid card to my Credit One card, but each time they were reversed, leading to the closure of my Credit One card due to non-payment. I had sufficient funds in my GoBank account to cover the payments. I am confused about where my money went, why the funds were consistently reversed, who initiated the reversals (GoBank?), and why Credit One claims they attempted to withdraw the funds multiple times without success when my account shows only one reversal. I encountered an error when setting up my GoBank account on the app. After depositing $[redacted] into the debit card, I attempted to finish the account setup for about an hour, submitting all my personal information and e-signature. I made a deposit of $60.13 from Uber on Tuesday, 11/26, but there is a hold on my account by Google. This hold is affecting my ability to work since my Go Bank card is on hold, and I can't use my earnings for gas through instant pay. I have been unable to work for a week now. I request for the Google hold to be released as soon as possible. I did not receive any explanation or notification for this hold, which has been frustrating and disheartening for me. Please remove the hold from my account immediately. Additionally, I noticed that I stopped receiving texts informing me of my balance on Thursday.

I purchased a GoBank Debit card with $50 from Walmart, but I have been struggling to activate it due to the security captcha issue repeating over 30 times. Despite numerous attempts and providing my information repeatedly, I couldn't activate it. I reached out to GoBank through various channels to no avail. After emailing them, they informed me that I would have to wait two weeks to access my money. However, it has been over six months, and I still haven't received my funds. I work as a driver for Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I missed the payout time, and my earnings were sent to a bank account I no longer have linked with the platform. I also cannot access the email or phone number associated with my Uber Eats account. It is frustrating to see my hard-earned money inaccessible. I purchased a starter kit solely to use as a gift card, not interested in a Gobank account. However, I am unable to log in to activate my card due to a security issue, preventing me from using my card online. I find this situation frustrating and inconvenient. I noticed I was charged for three plane tickets that I didn't purchase. I've tried reaching out for help with no luck. I attempted a dispute but haven't had any feedback. I've been charged twice by the same company for $[redacted].88 and $[redacted].97. I'm located in Wisconsin and haven't traveled. I'm puzzled by these charges and need assistance clarifying them. Contacting customer service hasn't been successful, and writing in hasn't yielded results. The transactions were on 11/30/[redacted] and today is 12/11/19. I am having trouble activating my recently purchased card from Walmart. When attempting to activate it, the system is indicating that I have existing accounts, which is not the case as I have never had an account with gobank in my 27 years. The social security number associated with these accounts is [redacted] and I am unaware of who may have opened them. I urgently need my card activated, and I request that any accounts linked to my information be closed immediately. The individual with the name Marcy Lynn O'Neal born on March 18, [redacted], should have their account with the ending numbers [redacted] deactivated. I have been attempting to get in touch for over five hours now to address an issue with my card. It seems like there is an error with the activation process. I topped up $50 on it yesterday, but it's not reflecting. The system prompts me to register, requesting a PIN that I haven't created. I am at a loss as to how to proceed without this PIN. I filled out an online loan application and was instructed to purchase a card. I allowed the woman to use it to pay for insurance due to my low credit score. Shortly after, she demanded more money which I declined. I expressed my desire to cancel the transaction; she agreed and assured me of a prompt refund. It has been two days with no response from her. I possess the card and the initial receipt, but I am unable to access anything as she arranged everything.

Hello, I bought a GoBank card approximately two weeks ago, but I have been unsuccessful in activating it despite numerous attempts both by phone and online. Each time there is an issue preventing me from completing the process. Due to not having a cell phone, I had to rely on others to obtain a code to finish the sign-up, but unfortunately, it did not work. Even with the assistance of two friends, we were unable to activate the card. Additionally, after being informed that I was already signed up with my email address, I still encountered difficulties activating the card. I have previously bought several other prepaid cards without facing any issues during activation.

I was charged by Sprint for $35 about 32 days ago on 10.14.19 even though I cancelled my line within their 30-day guarantee period which promises a refund of the activation fee. However, the store is not honoring this policy, and I am seeking a reversal of the charge. Additionally, I purchased a phone cover from them, but the agent did not provide the packaging, making it difficult for me to return the item. The store refused a refund without the original box. I am looking to have both charges refunded since they were made on the same day and are nearly the same amount.
