I had to dispute my card because someone stole my paycheck about a month ago. I've waited and waited and then they tell me that my money was put back onto my account. October *th I requested a new card from gobank. I did not receive the card so I had called them on the **th. I spoke to a representative about my matter and he told me he was sending out a brand new gobank card for me because my other account was closed. Yesterday in the mail I received a GreenDot card. I tried to call gobank today and it was telling me after I put in my social security number and my birthday that it's invalid. The card never showed up. They sent a GreenDot card to me instead of a gobank card. And I can't talk to anybody at gobank. Because they sent me a green. Card I have no access to my money. I need my money. I have no money at all for nothing this week. When I called Green. Because mind you I already have one of their cards, they sent me the same card with the account number on it. I need help please

I did contact them I had to put in my old card number and then they referred me to speak to someone. I still needed to give my birthday name address and last of my social security number.
