I was on the phone with a call Rep this . tried activating my card like I told me to when I did it had me call the customer number I get a rep on the phone and he tells me he can't help me activate my card he tells me I have to do it online. Then I tell him I've already tried he still says I have to do online he can't help me I asked for a representative supervisor finally after fighting with me I'm not getting one I get a supervisor on the phone I tell her you know I call in I tell him what's going on I'm told to call and he tells me he couldn't help me I then tried a second time to activate my card with the rep on the phone and it's so said call from *** number and then I was asked or are you doing it from your mobile phone or computer or laptop I said I'm doing it from my phone which I turned into a desktop which is the same thing as computer or laptop your phone is a computer. And he says you have to do it from computer or laptop it cannot be your phone I'm like when I turn it into my desktop that's what it is he continued to argue with me again so then the supervisor gets back on because at this point I've tried a third time it locks me out from my card and it says for ** hours explained my situation to the supervisor the supervisor said I have to wait the ** hours she can't help me activate my card and she will not help me activate my car and I have to wait ** hours and do it on my own. I asked for her boss several times and I got nowhere she said that corporate could call me within ** Hours she chose to keep lying to me that she didn't have a have a manager above her. I kept going in circles with the supervisor she would ignore the fact that I asked for her boss and tell me she couldn't pass me any higher than herself cuz she had nobody above her all I want to do is be able to access access my card and use it she refused to override the lock and she said she couldn't now I have a card with $*** on it and I can't activate it no one wants to help me I'm not real happy I need help I was activating it cuz when I try the first time I told me to call I know I will activate the card I will get this card activated I will use what money is on it and never use it again because of this dissatisfaction I got with the customer service I'm very angry and upset I have water bill that I had to pay tonight or I'm going to get shut off and she still wouldn't override the lock out I need my card active and be able to use so I can go online to pay my water bill before * p.m. October **th Eastern Standard Time. Because of your call rep I listen to him I did it with him and I still got locked out and no one wants to help me at all. All I want is to have the card unlocked and activated. So I can pay my water before I am shut off and then have to pay a reconntion fee. I am a single mom of two and all my money is on this card. I can not afford activation fees to turn on my water or any utility because your call reps and mangers are lazy and not willing to help your customers. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen In my life ever. In the ** years as a customer service manager at my company were I Work have I ever treated a customer the way i was tonight. *Thanks for the unprofessional service , *Singed very angry unsatisfying service *Carolyn***********
