To Go Bank Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding my unsuccessful attempts to apply for an Uber Visa Debit card. Despite multiple efforts, I have been continually denied. The automated system ends my calls as I do not possess an account number, leaving me in a frustrating cycle of unhelpful advice from both Go Bank and Uber. 1. I purchased and loaded my card, then activated it and spent the balance. 2. I opted for direct deposit to avoid the monthly fee. 3. Despite loading the card, I couldn't make transactions due to an unknown safety block. 4. When attempting to manage my account over the phone, my social security number, birthday, and 3-digit code were correct, but I couldn't do it. Online, I forgot my password. 5. Following the steps to retrieve my password, I entered my social security number, card number, and 3-digit code, only to be told the information didn't match. 6. I'm stuck with the security block preventing transactions and unable to access my account due to the password recovery page not recognizing my details. 7. Please contact me at [redacted] or send a text with a temporary password for a reset. 8. Can someone explain why my information works with the automated system but not with the online password recovery page?

I have been receiving emails addressed to Michele Franchini at [redacted] or [redacted] regarding a gold bank account. I want to clarify that I do not wish to have a Gold GoBank account. A friend gifted me a Visa GoBank, assuming I had $50 to spend online or in-store. However, as I have my own personal bank account and am bedridden and mainly paralyzed, I have no use for this GoBank account. Please understand that I do not want this account and would appreciate being removed from your mailing list and having the account closed. I have been told there is $40 available to use in-store, which I will give to a friend. I was also charged $10 to activate the card, reducing the amount to $40. Please respect my request and discontinue contacting me about this account. Thank you.

I believe I have been wrongly charged three times for different amounts - two charges of $40 and one of $80 - on both September 24, [redacted], and September 23, [redacted], from an address I am not familiar with. I discovered this when I saw my balance deplete despite not making any purchases. It seems someone has unlawfully accessed my card details and taken my money without my consent. I urgently require clarification on this matter and a prompt refund. The transactions display the address [redacted] Panola Industrial in Decatur, GA, but I have no affiliation with this location and did not authorize these transactions. I possess screenshots of these unauthorized charges and seek immediate assistance to resolve this issue.

I followed the advice of GoBank to acquire a GoBank prepaid card and load $[redacted] to secure a loan, with the assurance that the money would be refunded along with the loan. After GoBank activated the card and withdrew my funds, they informed me that I needed to add an additional $[redacted] to receive the loan. This was not part of our original agreement, and when I requested a refund of the initial $[redacted], they dismissively laughed and insisted I pay more. The representative callously stated there was no way for me to retrieve my funds without paying the $[redacted]. Feeling deceived, I seek assistance in reclaiming my money, as I did not authorize the deduction. I have the contact details they provided and may have recorded our conversation. My main goal is to recover the funds wrongly taken from me.

On the fifth of September [redacted], I was informed over the phone by one of your agents that Walmart security would be sending me two checks to my address. One check worth $[redacted] and the other $[redacted], which I had deposited on my two GoBank cards purchased from Walmart. It's been almost a month, and I have yet to receive them. A year ago, I contacted GoBank to release my funds after losing my card. They requested a copy of my new license, front and back, to identify me for a new card. Despite providing the documents as requested, I have not received any updates or a new card. I had over $[redacted] in my account, and now I am unable to access it online. I purchased a card at Walmart and loaded $20 on it. Before activating it, I mistakenly applied for a new card online, resulting in two activated cards. I closed my account to halt the processing of a pay toll check. The representative from Go Bank assured me she would stop processing my check and I could cash it elsewhere after informing her of my account closure. However, holding my check until October 15 is not feasible for me. This situation has caused me difficulty in paying my bills. I strongly request the release of my check or funds promptly. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not consider using Go Bank in the future or referring them to others. I am eager to receive my cash or have my check liberated without delay.
