They should just transfer the $*** into my other account that I just open because I know that I will receive a debit go hard in a few days I do not understand why they cannot do that. They can void the check that they have actually issues that have not even been cash!

I was sent $*** on ********* to my Google account from my sister and I did not realize that my Google account had my old GoBank card on it which was from ****. The only thing I had Was the last four digits of the card account Number and it had been closed. Now after speaking with a supervisor today and he hung up in my face because I told him that I felt like they were doing a scam on me because it is taking almost * months to receive $*** that they have no charge is there anything to take away from it. This is my problem they said that they have issued a refund check not once but twice and now they are wanting to send a third one. The refund check was sent out they said on ********* and was supposed to arrive at my house on **********. This is the problem I cannot access that money that account is been closed and they were not supposed to allow the deposit to go to a prepaid card anyways. So what I did is since my account was closed with gobank I opened another go bank account and ask them to transfer the *** into my new account with them and they said that they cannot they’re not allowed to they would still have to issue a Another refund check so please tell me how is this right? Why can they just not transfer that $*** that has been sitting in a closed account for almost * months? Now they’re telling me they’re going to have someone call me from corporate they don’t even have a corporate office I’ve looked everywhere Ford and there’s no one to be found I feel like I am being scammed.
I want them to tell me that they can just transfer the money into my other account or tell me what the ***** going on with the money. And do not hang up in a persons face and you’re supposed to be a supervisor and I’m seeing that y’all don’t even have a corporate office just give me my
