Hello! I am experiencing an issue with my old Gmail account. I know my password but can't access it as it requires a verification code sent to my old mobile number, which is inactive as I am in Abu Dhabi, UAE with no signal. I can receive codes through my recovery email, but after entering the verification code, it says I will receive a password reset link in 48 hours at [redacted] However, I have not received any links in my spam or junk folders. Please assist me in accessing my email as I urgently need it. Are there any alternative ways to open it? Thank you.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Google account. My phone, which is about 8 years old, suddenly stopped working. I researched and found that using the Sony Software might help in fixing it, but I need my Google account details. I forgot my password, so I reset it successfully on a new browser. When I tried to log in on my old browser, Google asked for an 8-digit backup code I never used before, leading me to undergo the account recovery process again. Now, I am stuck as I cannot access my Google email for the recovery code. I have a backup email, but I am unsure how to instruct Google to send the recovery code there instead of my Google email.

I have enabled two-step verification on my phone, but I have lost access to my phone. I am unable to recover the number. I have a backup email with access, but the confirmation is only via SMS. The email that needs to be recovered is [redacted] with the password [redacted]8z. The lost number is +[redacted]16. The account name is Walter White, and the backup email is [redacted]

Hello, I am seeking assistance as my account has been disabled, creating a serious concern for me. My account became disabled on the 13th of June [redacted], and despite numerous attempts to log in, I am unable to verify my identity. An attached recovery email is no longer accessible to me, and I hoped to verify using my phone number, yet the option does not appear available. Although I successfully changed my email password today, I still encounter issues during login verification. This unfortunate incident occurred following a hacking attempt last week, prompting me to change all associated passwords immediately. Despite reestablishing my original internet connection, which had been compromised, the account remains unverifiable. I am at a loss for a solution and would greatly appreciate any assistance that can be provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been experiencing issues with my Gmail emails not syncing properly with Outlook on my Windows desktop computer since 6/6/22. I was informed by Microsoft support that the problem may be on Gmail's end. I have three Gmail accounts set up in Outlook, with two being forwarded to my primary address for centralized email management. On my desktop, Outlook is configured as POP while IMAP is used on my phone and laptop. The desktop computer is the only device facing syncing problems. I'm considering switching to IMAP but I want to make sure I can still retain emails on my computer for archiving and organization like I currently do with POP. The various suggested solutions have left me confused. I wonder if all three email addresses are consolidated in one Google Account and if I require separate passwords for each email address and Google itself. I'm feeling overwhelmed and would appreciate speaking to someone who can assist me, preferably through remote access. I'm hoping to get some clarity on this issue. Thank you, Heidi.

I am attempting to access an old Gmail account that is linked to both my Google and Google Play accounts. I am encountering issues with the password reset process as it prompts me for my last known password, which I do not recall correctly. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to verify my ownership of the account through the provided methods. I have a phone number, , associated with the account and I am committed to providing any necessary verification to regain access. This account, [redacted], holds significant financial transactions that I need to retrieve. My difficulty in signing in stems from not using the account for two years and facing automatic sign-outs. I am dedicated to proving my ownership and hope to resolve this matter with your assistance, as I have valued your service in the past.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account "[redacted]" I recently changed the password after Google prompted me due to suspicious activity on my account. Despite not receiving the 2FA code on my phone number, which is a web-based one, I attempted to sign out and back in to ensure everything was updated. However, to sign back into the TextNow app, which I use for receiving codes, it requires a code sent to my Gmail, which I cannot access without the code. I would appreciate assistance in retrieving my account by options like adding a backup email ([redacted]), answering security questions, adding a new phone number, or linking it to my phone or a Google auth app for 2FA. Thank you, Charlotte, CEO of Suntouched

I am facing difficulty accessing my Gmail account due to not having the device or phone number linked to my two-step verification. The text message verification is not possible as I no longer have access to the previous phone number. Additionally, I am unable to use the Google Authenticator code without the original device. I do not possess a security key as I did not anticipate changing my device or phone number. Despite searching Google's support, I could not find a solution to my unique situation. I can provide proof of ownership by sharing the password and previous phone number linked to the account. The Gmail address in question is [redacted] For further communication, please reach out to me at [redacted] Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Dear Google Team, I am writing to inform you about the issue I am facing with one of my Gmail accounts. Due to my Google Chrome browser resetting itself, I lost all my saved data and had to log in to my emails again. Unfortunately, one of the accounts that I used for logging into other platforms has become inaccessible. The email address, which started with either "bigsmurf97" or "smurf97," was saved on my lost phone and I am unable to retrieve the login data. I believe the email ended with "@gmail.com" but it is not the active "[redacted]" account. I have tried various methods to recover the dormant email without success. Any assistance in recovering this account would be greatly appreciated. I can provide additional information upon request. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Max K.

I used to have two-step verification on my Gmail account and briefly had my Nest thermostat linked to it too. I disabled two-step verification and removed Nest's access to Google under "Security." However, even after doing this, I still have to go through two-step verification on my phone when logging into Gmail. Sometimes I have to do this twice before gaining access due to a supposed security issue. I would like assistance with this matter. My account is: K*****@***.com. I am seeking a resolution where I can log in to Gmail without two-step verification using the Google App on my cell phone.

As a gamer, like many others, I receive numerous fraudulent emails attempting to steal accounts. About five years ago, I set up 2-step verification on an email account. Since then, I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. When I try to log in, I don't receive the SMS verification code and the Google Authenticator is no longer an option since I changed phones and lost all the codes. When I try other recovery methods, I'm told I haven't provided enough information to prove ownership. While I remember the email, password, and phone number, the problem lies in not having that phone number anymore. Google's support hasn't been helpful. Is there a way to change the phone number associated with the account or another solution to help me recover my account? Thank you!

I am experiencing an issue with my domain emails consistently ending up in spam folders rather than inboxes. I have noticed this problem across all 6 of my domain emails and recently received high spam alert notifications from Google, indicating that my emails are being reported as spam. This situation is concerning as I need to send important emails to clients and prospects. I have already taken steps such as adding "SPF v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all" to my DNS records as suggested by Google Forums. However, the problem persists, and I suspect a potential hack. I urgently require assistance from an expert to rectify this issue. Thank you.

I am experiencing a significant issue with my domain emails consistently being marked as spam instead of being delivered to recipients' inboxes. This problem affects all six of my domain email addresses. I have recently received emails from Google indicating a high spam alert level for my domain emails, raising concerns about potential hacking incidents. This issue is crucial as I rely on sending broadcast emails to my clients and prospects, and if they are not receiving them, it hinders communication. I have attached some screenshots of the notifications I received from Google. My domain is hosted by GoDaddy, and my emails are managed through Google Suite. GoDaddy has added the SPF v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all to the DNS records as recommended on Google Forums. Despite following the suggestions on the forums, the problem persists. I believe the best course of action is to seek assistance from Google support to resolve this issue comprehensively.

I created a Gmail account solely for Facebook but never used the email. Now I need it to log back into Facebook and also for Rosetta Stone. Unfortunately, Gmail is not recognizing my email when I try to log in. The account is about six years old, and I don't have a secondary email or remember any attached mobile numbers due to frequent moves in the military. I attempted to recover the email, but the suggested methods require information I don't have. Trying to set up the email again resulted in a message saying it's "already in use." Is there another way to recover the email or a specific contact at Gmail that can assist me in regaining access to my account? I'm willing to lose all content; I just need to be able to get into the account.

A few days ago my computer was hacked, and now I have lost access to an important Gmail account. I can't recall the security questions, but I remember naming it Anna without remembering the surname. Every time I try to log in, I am not given the chance to confirm my identity as it keeps saying it can't be confirmed. The lost account was linked to a Steam account and a Riot Games/League of Legends account. While my main email [redacted] was also on the same computer, I managed to recover it. A recovery code sent to [redacted] or [redacted] would help, but I can't request it as I can't log in due to the hack.

Product: Gmail Issue: My recovery email address domain was changed from "@yahoo.co.in" to "@yahoo.com" by the provider due to organizational changes. This domain will not be valid in the future, and I'm unable to receive verification codes or emails from my Google account. Description: I own the Gmail account "[redacted]" and have access to it with the correct password. However, since I changed my device, I am prompted to verify my account. Google is sending verification emails to my recovery email "@yahoo.co.in," which will soon be an invalid domain, causing me to be unable to receive the necessary codes. Since I didn't add my mobile number as an alternative, I can't receive the verification code on my device. I am requesting assistance to either update my recovery email address or allow me a one-time access to my Gmail account without verification. If required, I can provide any necessary authorized information to update or verify my account. Thank you, Mamta R. [redacted]

Description: I am the owner of a GMail account and have the necessary password to authenticate my login. However, after switching devices, I am unable to access my account and Google attempts to send verification emails to my outdated recovery email at "@yahoo.co.in," which is no longer a valid domain. I kindly request assistance in updating my alternate recovery email or temporarily allowing access to my GMail account. I am willing to provide any necessary authorized information for verification purposes.

Last night, I attempted to seek assistance for my husband regarding his long-standing Gmail account. Due to his severe cognitive decline, he was unable to recall the password he had utilized for decades, leading to his inability to access or send emails, causing significant distress. Seeking help, I engaged in a chat on Google.com, explaining the situation and was then connected to RobertS217. A $1.00 fee, marked as fully refundable, was agreed upon for his services. After receiving three options from Robert via email, I noticed a $39 charge for computer access, prompting me to end the chat and decline this additional service. To my surprise, there was a subsequent $46 charge on my credit card from GETANSWERS today. Attempts to cancel led me to a frustrating process involving further charges, which I find unjust as I did not utilize RobertS217’s services. I simply wish to cancel the unhelpful subscription and have the erroneous charge removed from my credit card, especially as I lack a mobile phone for easy communication.
