After requesting a password reset for my Instagram account, my username innocent__bishnoi302 does not allow me to log in. Despite reaching out via phone and email, I have not received a response. The account recovery email didn't show anything helpful. I have already contacted Instagram through email and messages but have not received any replies. Please assist in resolving this issue.

My email account, [redacted], has been hacked. When attempting to enter my password, I was notified that it was altered three months ago, which I did not do. I have only accessed this account through my phone and have not received any messages since 10/5/21. As I am solely logged in on my phone's mail app, I lack the means to access my security settings or modify my password. Despite having two-step verification, I am unable to access the Google Authenticator app. Regrettably, my recovery key is inactive.

My phone was stolen and thrown in a field, making it impossible to retrieve. AT&T notified me that it was pinging in the area. They mentioned my pictures were saved on the cloud, requiring my Gmail email address and password. Unfortunately, my email never functioned on the stolen Samsung J7, and I can't recall the full email and password. I'm hoping to recover memories of my late husband from the device. Despite contacting AT&T for help, I only managed to retrieve text messages with no contacts or pictures. Despite being reassured on Thursday that everything was on the cloud, I am still struggling to find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently deactivated my account to stop someone from emailing me. I now need to use it again but am unable to receive the verification code as it was sent to the email I'm trying to recover. I deleted the account on 12/10/21 but am still within the timeframe for recovery. The email address is [redacted] and I have the password. Thank you.

I accidentally backed up harmful content from WhatsApp to Google Photos and my account was disabled as a result. I've reached out to Google multiple times explaining the situation, emphasizing that it was unintentional. This email is crucial for both personal and professional use, so I'm hoping for assistance in reactivating my account.

Last year, I set up a Gmail business account. Recently, my phone broke, and I had to switch to a new number, losing access to my old one. When I attempted to recover my account on the new phone, it required verification with my old number. Despite my efforts to skip that step, someone with my old number gained access to my account. I briefly regained entry and changed the password, but now I'm being blocked from accessing it again. It seems like the person with my old number altered the password once more. Initially, this account belonged to me.

I have been changing my email passwords due to losing access to my cell phones in various situations. I have a primary phone and relevant information, but I end up purchasing prepaid phones to stay connected for business. The system is not saving my passcodes, resulting in all my accounts getting locked. I suspect that my efforts to secure my accounts and forgetting passwords might have made me vulnerable to hacking. Metaphorically, it feels like being locked out or hacked. I need assistance to regain access to my original Google/Gmail account. I am willing to provide verification with my government-issued ID, Social Security card, and business details, including my EIN matching the provided identification and Social Security information. This ongoing struggle needs to end, and I am eager to regain control of my online identity. The email I shared is a new account I created for the purpose of resolving this matter efficiently.

I'm unable to access my Gmail account, [redacted], as my phone number linked to it has changed. I'm not receiving the verification code as they are sending it to the wrong email, [redacted], missing the dot before 99. Even though I have a recovery email, [redacted], listed, I am not receiving the code there either. Could you please email me the 8-digit backup code to my recovery email, [redacted], which is associated with my account?

I recently changed my Microsoft security settings and encountered an issue when trying to log in to my Gmail account. It informed me that my password was incorrect, even though I've used it for the past 20 years. When attempting to reset the password, they requested a security code be sent to my phone number, which is an old one I forgot to update on Gmail. I'm now stuck without access to my account and had to create a temporary email to seek assistance. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. Earlier, I signed up for Youtube TV and when I tried to log in on my TV, I reset my Google password on my phone. This action resulted in me being logged out of all my Google accounts on all devices. I then faced 2-step verification when trying to log in to Gmail on my phone. I asked for the code to be sent to my Google Voice number, but this caused me to be logged out of the Google Voice app, making it impossible to receive the code. I attempted to send the code to the second number ending in 81, which is my wife's number, but I am not receiving the code there. This is the only number I know that ends in 81. I am stuck without a way to access my Gmail account, which I have been using for many years.

My account was hacked, and the password and phone number were changed. The recovery email address was also altered. When trying to recover my account, the options provided are not helpful as I do not have the Google Authenticator app and cannot install it without being logged into my Google account. Even when using the alternative ways to recover the account, such as entering an 8-digit code or receiving a code on a phone number that I don't recognize, I am unable to proceed. The only device I have access to is not synchronized after October 30th, which further complicates the situation. I hope to regain access using my old password or the recovery email that was previously associated with the account, or by answering security questions.

I am attempting to access an old Gmail account that has been inactive for approximately 10 years. I have the username and password, but I am unable to log in because it is requesting a verification code sent to a very old Yahoo email (from over a decade ago), which I cannot access for the same reason (another verification code is sent to an even older Hotmail account). I have exhausted all options in Google's automated customer support without success, as they still require the verification code. I am seeking live customer support from Google to assist me in recovering my account, possibly via security questions that I may recall the answers to.

Hello everyone, I am facing a major issue. I brought my phone in for repairs and temporarily switched back to my old phone. However, I forgot the password for my Google account. I tried the forgotten password option, and I received a verification code via text. The problem is, the next code is being sent to an old email that I haven't used in a long time, and I can't remember the password for it. I really need help resolving this. Access to my Google account is crucial to me as it contains all my photos and important information that represent my entire life. My email for the account is [redacted]

I recently had to replace my phone because the operating system malfunctioned. I couldn't verify my account using the old phone, but I retained the same phone number. I attempted to log in multiple times, waiting for the text verification option. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts, I received a message stating that there were too many login tries. I waited a day and tried again, only to encounter the same issue.

I have the Citi Bank Costco credit card, and I noticed some recent charges on my Google account that I don't recognize. I am unsure which Google account these charges are associated with as I do not recall using it for purchases. I have three Google email accounts, but I am certain I did not use them for these transactions. Here are some details about the purchases: Dec 10, [redacted] - $[redacted].69, $10.13, $14.12. Could you please explain what a Google account is and provide me with my account details and password? Thank you. - E. G. Email: [redacted]

Recently, my ex-husband and I parted ways, and I discovered he had blocked my access to all my accounts, leaving me unable to settle my bills. I urgently require assistance in recovering the username and password for my previous Gmail account to regain control, as he has denied me password reset access. This email account holds crucial medical and important documents that I need to retrieve promptly. Although the estimated resolution time is stated as 51 hours, I have been attempting to regain access for a month and cannot endure any further delay.

Recently, my Gmail stopped working, and I reached out to Google support for assistance. Despite explaining that everything was fine except for Gmail, the representative proceeded with an account recovery process. Following this, my current Gmail account was replaced with one I had over 20 years ago. Unfortunately, none of my emails were transferred, and I lost access to my old account along with important data such as music files. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, provide necessary information, and follow their instructions, I remain locked out and unable to retrieve crucial information, including winning sweepstakes tickets. I even tried using the codes they sent to my son, who is listed as the recovery account holder. The situation worsened when they asked me to remove the old account they had created. I am extremely frustrated and fear losing valuable emails and missing out on important notifications. I urge them to resolve this issue promptly, communicating with me via my recovery email or messages. Thank you.
