I am trying to assist my mother, who is 86 years old, in accessing her Gmail account. Unfortunately, she has forgotten her password, and the phone number associated with her account is incorrect, making it challenging to reset the password. When I try to use my email to receive the verification code, I am informed that the account cannot be verified as hers. She needs help resetting both her phone number and password to regain access. Creating a new account is not an option as she is already registered under [redacted] for her COVID vaccine. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?

I'm having trouble receiving automatic emails from paxful.com. I do receive replies from their support, but not the emails needed to reset my password. Paxful mentioned it could be Gmail blacklisting them, suggesting I contact Google Gmail for help. I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Gmail account and I am seeking assistance from the Google team. On January 24, [redacted], my mobile phone was factory reset in the morning which led to me forgetting the password for [redacted] When trying to log in, I did not receive an OTP due to a technical issue, and even when I eventually received the OTP, I encountered problems with the backup code which I do not have. This has caused me considerable distress as all my contacts, photos, and important documents are stored in this Gmail account. My friend who lives overseas is not able to receive emails from me as his account has exceeded its storage limit. Despite my efforts, he seems unaware of this issue. Gmail has sent me notifications stating that my recent emails have not been delivered to him. On the other hand, he has emailed me questioning the lack of communication, although it has only been less than 24 hours since our last interaction, as we usually communicate regularly. At present, he doesn't have any other means of contacting me. I'm wondering if there's a way for me to cover the additional storage fees for his account to ensure that I can reach him. We are in the process of planning his visit to me, and I'm unsure of any other alternatives available to us. I've encountered a persistent issue with my Gmail account. When I email someone and they have an out-of-office auto-reply, I only receive it the first time. However, any subsequent email I send, even on the same day or much later, does not trigger the auto-response. This has caused embarrassing situations at work. I have sought help, but no one seems to have a solution. One suggestion was to report it as a glitch to Google directly. (I'm not certain if this problem affects my other Gmail accounts, but the one mentioned is crucial.) I'd appreciate assistance in resolving this issue to prevent any future occurrences.

I have been struggling with a pressing issue for the past two years, and I am relieved to finally be reaching out for help. My dad, who was the family manager, has passed away. However, I am unable to remove his account as it requires his password after entering mine. My email is [redacted], and his is [redacted] I kindly request the removal of my father's Gmail account from our family manager settings. Unfortunately, I cannot disable his Family manager status as only he knew his password, and his phone, where everything is saved, is no longer functional. Recently, my Gmail stopped working on my laptop around Feb 28, although it's still functioning on my cell phone. Pop-up messages persistently prompt me to "fix" my Gmail due to it being out of sync with Windows 10. Clicking the fix link leads to an offer to download [redacted], which I'm uninterested in. Additionally, incorrect suggestions about my password being outdated arise despite it being up to date. I've changed it multiple times to no avail. The fix process also hints at syncing with Windows 10, raising concerns about data usage and potential Gmail cancellation, which I reject. I've used Gmail hassle-free until now, and these issues seem to coincide with Windows updates, which I perceive as setbacks rather than improvements. I'm 77 and finding this situation distressing. I have already sent an email regarding the access and recovery of my account, [redacted], but have not received a response yet. I formatted and reset my mobile phone and forgot my [redacted] password. During the setup, I entered the wrong password multiple times before recalling the correct one. Over a year ago, my Gmail account was hacked via my phone. I've struggled to get support as I was told I didn't have enough proof of ownership. Even though my name is in the email, providing ID, live picture, activation history, and other details didn't help. I lost thousands of phone contacts due to this breach. The hacker changed the recovery phone number and possibly the email. Despite using my current number ([redacted]) on this account for years, it didn't make a difference. I am encountering an issue with my forgotten password for my Gmail account that I have had for 3-4 years. When I try to use the code sent to reset the password, it does not verify the email belongs to me. My name is Rick Boles, and my Gmail account is [redacted] I am frustrated as it seems impossible to speak to a real person at Google or Gmail for account verification. Offering a straightforward [redacted] number for support would be much more helpful than the online process that only leads back to the password issue. I am concerned as I cannot access my Gmail account because I have forgotten the password, and my phone, along with everything else, was stolen. I am currently dealing with the devastating loss of my father, who took his own life earlier this year. Unfortunately, his body was only discovered three months later. To take care of his affairs, including accessing his accounts (14jamin, butlerconsultingservice, and dixielee39465) for banking purposes, I understand that I need verifiable information like emails exchanged between us. While we communicated mostly through text messages, being estranged meant we never used email. His entire estate is associated with these email accounts, and even his assets were technologically advanced, such as his phone-linked motorcycle. Due to financial constraints after paying for his cremation, hiring a lawyer is not feasible. I am willing to provide any necessary documents like identification, and I hope to resolve this without adding more burden on my family. Closing his accounts is also a priority to prevent any potential fraud. Dealing with the aftermath of his passing has been incredibly challenging, and I just want to bring closure to this difficult chapter in our lives.

Hello, I recently discovered that someone has gained unauthorized access to 3 of my personal Gmail accounts and changed the passwords. They also accessed online alternative lifestyle accounts through the information obtained from my Gmail. I have managed to regain access to the Gmail accounts and secure them with 2-step verification. However, I am unable to access the alternative lifestyle accounts. I have reached out via email but there is no available phone number for assistance, and I remain locked out. I noticed that this individual downloaded all data from each Gmail account and is now sharing sensitive photos with people I know. I have been expecting a significant number of important emails related to a lawsuit involving the media and defamation of character by television news. I suspect that my account has been compromised as I noticed unusual login activity in my Gmail account on April 16th, which I did not authorize.
