I have been locked out of my email account for approximately 10 days now. The last email I accessed was on 11/1/20, and since then, I haven't been able to log in. I had an Adobe account linked to this email address, which was compromised over a year ago. I received a ransom email about a month ago, demanding money in bitcoin or threatening to share webcam images of me visiting adult sites. I deleted the email, as my devices are protected, but it made me realize the importance of changing my password. Unfortunately, being 65 years old, I tend to forget the new password and have to reset it often.

I am continuously receiving emails meant for another person with a similar email address to mine, [redacted] The issue is that these emails are addressed to [redacted], and the explanation that "dots/periods don't count" does not seem to apply here. These emails are intentionally meant for someone named "Brittany L. Byrum," while my middle initial is actually "A." It has become quite bothersome to constantly deal with blocking and unsubscribing from various emails like Wawa receipts, SiriusXM subscriptions, online store notifications, and job application responses. It appears that this "Brittany L." is utilizing my email address for registrations and contacts. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly.

I have forgotten my password for [redacted] I have tried to recover the password several times, but I keep receiving OTPs that do not work when added. After adding the OTP, a message appears saying Google could not verify that the account belongs to me. I am unsure what information I need to provide to verify the account. This email account is very important to me, and I am feeling very upset. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to recover my password. Can someone please assist me in understanding what is happening with my Gmail account? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Anu Mehta and my email address is [redacted] I am facing an issue with my Google account login. I visited the google.com/accounts/recovery link and followed all the steps. I correctly entered my last remembered password and passed the phone verification. However, Google requested verification through my old recovery Gmail account, which I no longer have access to as I closed the account. When I selected "Try another way," I couldn't remember the month and year when the locked account was created. I provided an email address for Google to contact me, but after entering the verification code, I received a message saying, "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you." This has been a frustrating experience for me as I cannot access important information like photos, WhatsApp backups, and saved passwords. I believe phone verification should be sufficient to recover my account. I am seeking assistance from someone at Google to help me regain access to my account. Thank you.

I recently spoke with a representative regarding two unauthorized transactions that have not been refunded to my credit card after two weeks. The agent suggested a $5 charge to expedite the process, which I find unreasonable and frustrating. I am disappointed with this approach and demand a resolution without any additional fees. Hello, I am having trouble verifying my Gmail account. Google keeps showing an error saying they could not verify that the account belongs to me. I used to use an old device, Lenovo K8 Note, but it was hanging, so I tried restoring it without success. I am currently using a different phone, but when I try to sign in to Gmail, it is not accepting my credentials. I have tried using my recovery number to generate an OTP and reset my password, but it is also not working. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. When I try to log in, I am prompted to provide a phone number, which I have done, but I still cannot access my account. The message states, "We've detected unusual activity on the account you're trying to access. To continue, please follow the instructions below." Today, I applied to create an email account under the name [redacted] and intended to purchase additional storage space. However, I encountered an issue during the verification process with my bank due to not receiving the verification code via text message. After contacting my bank and getting disconnected, I am unable to reach them to resolve the matter. For now, I would like to proceed with the basic Gmail account and will address the additional payment once my bank issue is sorted out. My phone is broken, and I enabled two-factor verification on both my main and backup accounts. Unfortunately, I am unable to access either account due to the issues with my broken phone. I believe one of them had a Google-suggested strong password, but I am certain of the password for the other one. This situation has locked me out of my PayPal, bank account, and Facebook, and I am unable to unlock my phone number now due to the two-factor verification. I am considering sending in my driver's license or any necessary documentation to prove my identity as I urgently need access to at least one of my accounts. I am currently using the same Wi-Fi network, but my broken phone was the only device used to access these accounts. The phone number associated with the accounts is locked as well. I am feeling lost and frustrated because everyone is advising me to focus on unlocking my Google account first. This is incredibly overwhelming.

My computer recently malfunctioned, and unfortunately, I have lost access to my Gmail account. This account has been essential to me for the past 8 years, and I am struggling to remember my original password setup. Despite multiple attempts to verify my identity by answering their questions, I have not been successful in regaining access. As a temporary solution, I have created a new account with a slight variation in the username. I am the payee for my daughter's disability benefits. On the third, when she received her payment, there was a purchase of a granny gift card for approximately $[redacted] made online through an unfamiliar gmail account, [redacted] I did not create this email account. I was informed by the fraud department at granny gift card that the purchase was linked to this email address, which was also associated with a copy of my driver's license that had gone missing a few days prior. I am seeking assistance to close this email account, as I did not authorize its creation and do not have access to the password or security questions. I am having trouble accessing my email account [redacted] Google seems unable to locate it, even when using my phone number. I am stuck in a looping log-in process. I need help accessing my [redacted] account as my phone was stolen. Despite changing my password last month, the system now rejects it, claims my name is wrong, and does not recognize my phone number. Verizon's been billing us for [redacted] for 20 years. I'm unable to download apps or access photos until I regain access to Gmail. My wife opened a Yahoo account due to similar issues, and I would appreciate speaking with an agent directly if feasible.

I have received another fraudulent email pretending to be from the Bayside Church head pastor, Ray Johnson. It was sent from the email address [redacted] on December 8, [redacted], at 10:11:56 AM PST. The subject was "PEACE BE WITH YOU" and the content requested a favor from me. As advised by the Church IT department, I am sharing this information with you. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues signing into my accounts as the two-step verification process is failing to work. Even after entering the codes sent to my backup email, I keep getting an error message stating insufficient information to verify my account ownership. I have emails exchanged between the blocked accounts and my backup email. I have diligently provided verification details such as previous passwords, email addresses, and subject lines from old emails. I can readily access saved emails to and from the blocked accounts on my backup email. Regrettably, I no longer have access to the old phone number listed as a recovery option.

I am having trouble logging into my account. I attempted the 2-step verification process, but after entering the codes from my recovery email, I keep receiving a message stating that my account cannot be verified. I no longer have access to the old phone number linked to the account. Despite answering security questions and providing details like old email addresses and subject lines, I have not heard back from Gmail after trying for three days to regain access.
