I've attempted the account recovery process multiple times, providing the necessary information, but each time I receive an email stating that verification failed and to repeat the restoration steps. This continuous loop is hindering my efforts to regain access to the account, which is essential for me to migrate all the emails to a G Suite account. As a G Suite reseller assisting the client [redacted], I've successfully transitioned other users from personal Gmail accounts to G Suite. However, one email account, [redacted], has proved challenging. After enabling forwarding, IMAP, and Less Secure Apps for the other accounts, I encountered an issue with this specific account, resulting in lockout and disablement. Now, I urgently need to restore access to this account to complete the email migration process effectively.

I have attempted to use the Restore option by entering the most recent password and account creation time, along with a contact email address. However, despite my efforts, I keep receiving an email stating that the information could not be verified and to try the Restore option again, leading me back to the initial point each time. It is crucial for me to restore this account in order to transfer all emails to a G Suite account. As a G Suite reseller, I was hired by the client [redacted], who was using a personal Gmail account for work. To streamline their process, I recommended transitioning to a proper G Suite account. I successfully assisted with migrating all other accounts, enabling forwarding to their respective G Suite accounts, along with activating IMAP and Less Secure Apps for the migration process using the G Suite Migration for Microsoft Exchange app. However, I encountered a challenge with one specific email account, [redacted] Upon attempting to log in, the account was locked and subsequently disabled. My goal is to regain access to this account to ensure a smooth migration of their previous business emails to the appropriate [redacted] account.

After my car was broken into and my cell phone was stolen, I secured my banking accounts. When attempting to access my email on my computer, I discovered the password had been changed by the thief. Despite my efforts to reset it, I couldn't receive the temporary password as my phone was missing. I provided my wife's contact information for assistance, but they mentioned a delay of 3-5 business days. This situation is critical for me as an attorney relying heavily on email communication. I attempted to seek help from another company, mistaking them for Google mail, but hesitated to provide my credit card information due to security concerns. I am willing to pay through alternative methods like PayPal but cannot risk exposing my credit card details to the thief. Please assist. My wife, Natalie, can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]

I am experiencing issues with my computer system. There seem to be problems with the set up as different devices are receiving the same information even though they have distinct email addresses. I have multiple tablets and a phone with unique passwords, but the system seems to be malfunctioning. The current password setup is creating obstacles, especially with the five-number code that frequently blocks access. This has led to multiple visits to the shop for repairs due to password failures. Additionally, software updates and compatibility issues between Firefox, Windows, and other programs are causing further complications. Some downloaded software is being blocked, and the spyware protection software is causing more harm than good.

Almost every time I sign in to my Gmail account, Google doesn't recognize my computer or location. I consistently use the same browser, on the same computer, at the same place. When prompted, Google claims that 'someone' (meaning me) is logging in from a location roughly [redacted] miles distant. This issue doesn't occur with my other devices. The fix required would be a standard login procedure after confirming my password.

On June 5th, I received a text message informing me that my Google account had been disabled. After attempting to restore the account and contacting Google, I was informed a week later that my account violated their Terms of Service, and they refused to reinstate it. Despite multiple emails requesting clarification on the violation and an opportunity to address it, Google has not provided any specific details or allowed me to rectify the issue. We have entrusted Google with extensive personal information, including bank details, photos, and contacts for many years, and they are not cooperating in resolving this issue. I even asked for my data back if they would not reactivate the account. This situation has shattered the trust we placed in Google after utilizing their services for over 15 years. Can anyone assist me in reinstating my account and recovering the data stored there?

After adjusting the security settings on my Google account, I'm facing issues accessing my Gmail through Outlook [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to configure POP in Gmail, the setting doesn't stick when I check it in Settings/Forwarding and POP/IMAP. I've toggled between enabling POP for all mail and disabling IMAP with no success. Returning to my original settings hasn't resolved the problem. Outlook was functioning properly prior to my security changes. I'm open to any suggestions to fix this. Thank you. - B. Fant

I am struggling to access my Gmail account due to broken verification steps that only seem to work when I am already logged in. Despite knowing my password and providing my birthdate during sign-in attempts, I am unable to recover my account as Gmail support lacks trust in the owner. I could additionally provide details like my zip code and the phones, such as a Samsung device, that I have previously used to sign in. This situation is leaving me quite frustrated and tired.

I recently set up Google accounts for my children, but encountered issues due to age restrictions. I created an account for my daughter on an old Samsung Note without providing her date of birth. When setting up accounts for my sons on a PC, I included their birthdates and was directed to "Google for families." After adjusting my daughter's birthdate, her account was disabled for being under 15 years old. Now, I can't access her account to accept the "family invitation" I sent. I'm seeking a way to re-enable her account and connect it to our family accounts without creating a new account or changing the username. My daughter's disabled Google account is "neninnatalija," with my email as the recovery contact.

My account has been disabled, and I'm unsure why. I'm only 14 years old and haven't engaged in any illegal activities. I was just going about my usual routine of watching YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu when I went to bed. When I woke up, I saw an alert on my phone asking for account action. Upon clicking it, I was prompted to sign into Google to verify my identity, only to receive a message that my account was disabled. I filled out a restoration form on July 3rd and have not received any updates since, except for one email acknowledging receipt of my appeal. Frustratingly, my Gmail is vital for all my activities, and it's even more distressing that I can't access my Instagram due to a forgotten password, and I can't retrieve it via email as it's linked to my disabled account. I need a resolution urgently as this situation has disrupted my usual online ventures.

I recently received a notification about someone attempting to verify my Gmail address with a device that does not belong to me. Prior to this, I experienced unusual activities with my account. To secure it, I immediately changed my password and performed a factory reset on my phone. After reseting my phone, I encountered difficulty accessing my Gmail address ([redacted]). Despite trying all available options, I am unable to regain access. I have continuously used this email on my current device, storing apps from the Play Store and all my photos on it. I am uncertain if someone else altered my email or if I am not correctly recalling my new password. Going forward, I realize the importance of setting up a recovery email to prevent such issues in the future. Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a pleasant day.

Hello, I used to have an email account, [redacted], that was disabled many years ago due to a mistake. I accidentally set my age incorrectly, indicating I was about 10 years old. I had 30 days to provide proof of my real age, which I did multiple times, including sending my birth certificate. However, there was no response from the email provider, and now I can't access the account. When I try to log in, it says the email is not registered, but when I try to sign up again, it states the username is already in use. I'm reaching out for help, and you can contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I believe I may have mistakenly removed my Motorola Z2 Play phone from my Gmail account. This phone is crucial for accessing my emails. My original Gmail account is [redacted], but today I attempted to switch it to [redacted], potentially by adding a new address instead of replacing the old one. I also updated the display name to theblueberrypatch on both accounts. Can someone assist me in reconnecting my phone to Gmail and ensuring that [redacted] is now my only primary email address? Thank you for your help. - Marty

I am experiencing issues with receiving emails due to a mix-up with another user who has a similar account to mine. My email is [redacted], while the other user's email is [redacted] This mix-up is causing me to miss important emails while receiving finance-related emails that are not meant for me. I have noticed this error on both the web-based Gmail site and the Apple app. I hope there is a solution to ensure that each account is recognized correctly by your server.
