I believe my account was hacked or compromised by an unauthorized user 56 days ago. I have had this account for many years, and my information was changed without my consent. My email address is: [redacted] When I tried to log in with my last password, it was not accepted. Someone has hacked my account and changed the recovery email to a Hotmail email ([redacted]), but I do not have a Hotmail account. Please deny further access to my account by the hacker and help me regain control of my email. This is a serious situation, so please contact me at [redacted] for further investigation. I am willing to provide any credentials needed to verify my account ownership. Additionally, I have been tracking the IP addresses of devices used on my account over the years, which might help locate the hacker's IP address and activity on my account.

Hello GetHuman support, I am reporting that my cellphone was stolen a month ago along with access to my gmail accounts linked to the phone. Despite contacting Gmail customer support during these challenging times due to COVID-19, I have been unable to regain access after answering security questions to the best of my knowledge. I have created new Gmail accounts but all my important information resides in my primary account, causing me significant concern about losing access to financial, educational, and personal data. Reassigning my phone number to a new device with Sprint has proven to be a challenge. I am reaching out to GetHuman for urgent assistance to avoid losing access to critical information. I do recall resolving a similar issue when I was in college with Gmail after receiving email instructions from Google support following a customer service call. Thank you for your help. Primary email: [redacted] Recovery email: [redacted] Stolen Phone Number: [redacted]

Lately, I've been inundated with messages on my phone like this one: "Are you attempting to recover your account? [redacted] Device Android 6.0.1 Near Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India Time Just now" The locations are consistently from India or Indonesia, despite me being in Saudi Arabia with no ties to these places! I'm looking to block access to my account and be able to recover it if requests originate from these countries. Dealing with these bothersome and troubling messages has become a constant annoyance.

I am puzzled by Gmail's recent change to limit the number of recipients per email. Previously, I could send emails to over 40 people at once, but now the maximum is only 20. It's disappointing given the investment in Google Fiber. Contacting Google for support was fruitless as they denied any limitation and offered no solutions. It would be beneficial if Gmail provided a paid premium service option with better customer support and increased email recipient capacity. It's frustrating not being able to speak with a human at Gmail to address these issues and possibly resolve them.

I forgot the password for my [redacted] account and tried to recover it, but I'm not receiving the OTP on my phone or email. Google initially couldn't verify the account belonged to me, now I'm getting a message saying to try again in a few hours due to too many failed attempts. My account contains important contacts and documents, and I'm very worried. I've reached out via email but haven't received a response. Could you please assist me in recovering my Gmail account or password and provide guidance on what to do next? I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

1. I have encountered an issue with my Android phone's security due to a pattern set up with 2-step verification on my Google Account. 2. Unfortunately, the ribbon controlling the power/volume buttons on my phone has separated, rendering it unable to power on. 3. I lost my SIM card after putting it in the pocket of my coat. I purchased a SIM card kit from Walmart and got a different cellphone. 4. I attempted to access my Gmail account but entered the wrong password. During the recovery process, I couldn't receive the code on my phone or access the recovery email without the phone number. 5. My password was a pattern, and the recovery form and 2-step verification recovery process didn't allow me to use my pattern to access my account. 6. I wish to be able to access my account prompts using my pattern for either changing or recovering a forgotten password. 7. It would be helpful if Google could notify users about the limited recovery options when using a pattern versus a password.

Hello, my name is Roland Margit, and I am experiencing an issue with my Gmail account. Recently, my account was compromised by two individuals. We communicated through Messenger, and I have screenshots of the conversations as evidence. The hackers initially contacted me via a Facebook group regarding my Steam account. After negotiating a deal, they involved a "middleman," who I later discovered was an accomplice in their scheme. They proceeded to access my email, changing all security details including the password, security questions, and phone number. I urgently need assistance, and I hope for your prompt help regarding this matter. The affected email is [redacted], and the security email has been altered to [redacted] The phone number linked to the account, [redacted]9, has also been changed by the unauthorized users.

My mobile phone is currently broken, and I am logged into my Gmail account at [redacted] However, when I attempt to log in via desktop, it redirects me to the recovery page, which gives me two options: 1) Verify via code on my mobile 2) An email address I previously entered. The problem is that with option 1, I cannot do this as my phone is broken. With option 2, I do not recall that account's name. I will not be able to repair my phone soon. Can you assist me in resolving this issue?

I am experiencing an issue with my Gmail account. Upon opening Gmail, I find myself redirected to another user's inbox instead of my own. Despite logging out and back in multiple times, I continue to access the other person's account. The only way to temporarily resolve this is by pausing. As a result, the other individual's Gmail remains "paused" over my login icon. Furthermore, when I access eBay, the same issue occurs with the other person's Gmail appearing in the top right corner of the page as "paused." I am concerned about the security implications of this situation, as it may leave me vulnerable to potential unauthorized access to sensitive information such as credit card details.

This morning, I received a notification from the Gmail app, prompting me to change my password. However, when I attempted to enter my password, I discovered that it had already been changed, along with the name associated with the account. Despite numerous attempts at Google account recovery, I was unsuccessful in regaining access, receiving a message stating that Google could not verify my identity. I have consistently accessed this account from my home address, and expected Google to have this data on record. Additionally, the recovery email address, my mom’s Gmail at [redacted], was altered without her consent. Thankfully, my mom has since secured her account with the appropriate security measures. This email account is crucial for my academic future as a Grade 12 student preparing for university. Without access, I risk missing important communication from universities. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing two issues. 1. I mistakenly created multiple Gmail accounts and aliases while troubleshooting email problems on my Android device. I only want to use my primary email [redacted] and wish to delete all other accounts. I created [redacted] today but want to remove it, along with any other aliases. I use Outlook365 at work on my Windows 10 PC to access [redacted] and also access it on my G8 ThinQ with Android version 10. Unsure about the Gmail client version I have. 2. I am unable to move emails from trash to the inbox on my G8 ThinQ using Gmail on Android. This issue might be because [redacted] is not set as the primary email address in the Gmail client currently.

I am the Education Director of the "SOAPM Listserv" at the American Academy of Pediatrics with around [redacted] active pediatricians aiming to address CoVID-19 concerns. Several members have not been receiving listserv messages from anyone but me. Although we've experienced throttling before, the current situation is more severe as they are receiving no messages, except from me, for over two weeks. We urgently need to address this issue as it is affecting our clinical management. I have the specific email addresses impacted and seek assistance from Gmail. I kindly request Gmail staff to investigate and resolve this issue promptly to ensure proper delivery of listserv posts to our Gmail members. Contact me via email or phone at [redacted].

I encountered an issue on YouTube where I was prompted to sign in with my Gmail account, but when I attempted to do so, I was alerted that my password had been altered without my knowledge. Despite initiating a password recovery request promptly, I was informed after a few days that the account ownership could not be verified. Unfortunately, I am at a loss on how to address this problem further as there are no contact details provided for assistance. The unanticipated password change has resulted in losing access to vital information stored in the Notes app on my iPhone, making the situation even more pressing and worrisome.

Some time ago, I accidentally broke my phone and had to replace it. Consequently, I changed my number. Subsequently, I couldn't remember my email password due to a prior hacking incident, and despite providing all necessary information, Google couldn't grant me access. Then, my phone was left in a Lyft ride, and I had to buy a new one with the same number. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my email account due to forgetting my password once again. I have tried to recover it with no success. I have important accounts connected to this email and can provide any proof needed to verify my ownership. The former number associated with the email was [redacted], and the new number is [redacted]. Furthermore, there is a backup account linked to this email that I cannot access. I have been trying to resolve this for months with no response. Please help me regain access to my accounts.

I have been attempting to recover access to my Gmail account, [redacted] Due to my information being stolen, I acquired a new phone number. However, when I tried to update my account with the new number, I discovered my password had been changed. Despite trying to recover it using my recovery email, I kept receiving a message stating invalid password or sign-in information. It has been a week of unsuccessful recovery attempts, without any response from Gmail support. I am relieved to know my account has not been deleted like my wife's was. I would greatly appreciate assistance in retrieving access to my Gmail account. My recovery email is [redacted], and my name is Gerald Lent. The address associated with my account could be either [redacted] W Cedar Street, Central Lake, [redacted] Main Street, East Jordan, or [redacted] S Skinkle Rd. I am unsure if I have updated it to Central Lake. The linked phone number is my old one, [redacted]. I have lost multiple emails due to password changes or hacking, and it would be a relief to regain access. If further information is required, please contact me promptly.

I frequently have to change my email address as my Google account keeps prompting me to sign in with altered passwords. Other family members are Heather Roth at [redacted], Rachel Victoria Rush, and Linda Ann Rush at [redacted]. We reside together. I used to have a Gmail account, but it has been inactive. How can I reopen it or create a new one? My Yahoo email, which I've had for 15+ years, is locked due to a forgotten password. I've tried unsuccessfully to recover it with Yahoo's support. Since I'm locked out and don't remember the password, providing my email address won't help. Yahoo no longer uses identity verification questions. I can't access my email. I don't have a smartphone. Please call me on my landline; my recorder is on to filter out phishing calls. Jan Polissar

I am having trouble restoring an important email account for a client who needs to migrate emails to a G Suite account. The Restore link prompts me to enter the most recent password and creation time, along with a contact email. However, despite repeated attempts, each time I end up back at the starting point with an email saying the verification was unsuccessful. The client, whose email is [redacted], has been transitioning personal Gmail accounts for work purposes to proper G Suite accounts. I successfully managed this for all users except this specific email address, which is now disabled after an unsuccessful sign-in attempt. It is crucial that I regain access to this account to complete the email migration process.
