I created my email address at [redacted] a few years ago, around 2[redacted], and it holds crucial information for me. Recently, around mid to late [redacted], I mistakenly removed all trusted computers due to concerns of my account being hacked. Despite having double authentication enabled, when prompted, the only option provided is a call for verification. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts on different days, I never receive the call. I have also attempted the recovery form, which seemed to only provide automated responses from a bot named "lily" advising me to create a new account. Although I can receive texts from Google, I never receive any calls. I urgently need assistance as this email contains vital contacts for college admissions and scholarship programs. Your help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently encountered mobile issues with my new phone, and a tech support agent suggested backing up my apps to the cloud until the problems were resolved. I explained that I had performed a backup about 7 days ago and assumed everything was fine since then. However, when the tech examined the backup, they urged me not to rush re-downloading the apps until the mobile connectivity issues were fixed. As the phone was running fine without the apps, I eventually felt the need to restore them. After contacting Apple support, I was instructed to tap on cloud icons resembling either thunder or lightning to retrieve my apps. Unfortunately, during this process, the apps returned rearranged and some emails were missing. Despite attempting various methods to recover the lost emails, I focused on regaining access to my recovery email for password assistance. Strangely, Gmail didn't send the recovery link to the designated email address, causing frustration. I'm reaching out for further assistance regarding this email recovery issue.

I had an old Gmail account that I canceled about a year ago. I reestablished it about two weeks ago, and it was working perfectly fine. However, when I tried to use it again recently, I was informed by Gmail that the account did not exist. I followed the procedure to reestablish it, which worked for a brief period. Then, I encountered an issue where Gmail mentioned that the account was being used by someone else, even though it was me trying to access it. The email address in question is [redacted] I need access to this account urgently as it is linked to an important service that I set up using this email a few years ago. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot access my incoming or outgoing Gmail because I receive the error message stating, "Account not found" for incoming emails. However, the account does exist because I am unable to create a new Gmail account with the same name. The problem arises from having two nearly identical Gmail addresses, the only difference being the capitalization of the first letter. The address with the capitalized first letter is correct and working, while the one with the lowercase first letter is incorrect. Despite the belief that there is no case sensitivity before the @ sign, this issue affects me differently. Upon trying to log in with the correct address, it automatically switches to the wrong one when asked for the password. Two simple solutions could resolve this if I could contact Gmail support: either change the lowercase letter to uppercase or recognize the unrecognized account and disregard the incorrect Gmail address. However, caution is needed, as attempting to delete either address results in a message saying it is already taken if I try to use it for a new account, potentially leading to losing my important communication email permanently, causing significant issues for many people who rely on it. That's the problem at hand.

I am currently staying at a domestic violence shelter with my children after leaving my ex-partner. We had to depart with only the clothes we were wearing, and now we are beginning anew. Unfortunately, my ex managed to gain unauthorized access to my Google account, depriving me of precious family photos. I am desperately seeking a way to recover my old account, [redacted], which holds sentimental value. As a safety measure, I have created a new email account that I cannot disclose to him. The last password I remember for my account is Str0nger. He is threatening to delete the memories of my children. His name is Adam Flentjar and his previous phone number is [redacted]. Any discreet assistance in reclaiming my account would mean the world to me. Thank you, Jodie Pope.

I lost my phone 8 months ago, and I suspect that someone has been using my Gmail account, [redacted] I created this account back in [redacted] around June or July when I began playing Clash of Clans. This account holds sentimental value to me, and I am hopeful that your company can assist me in recovering it. I have been attempting to regain access by following YouTube tutorials, but many of them have not been helpful. The recovery process seems to follow a similar pattern, prompting me to reach out directly now. This account is essential to me as it contains several games like Clash of Clans, Last Shelter, Dota 2, and also serves as my company email. I appreciate your understanding and kindness in helping me recover my account. Please contact me through my secondary account.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm grateful for the opportunity to contact Gmail. I would like to request help in retrieving my email account ([redacted]) as it was stolen or hacked while I was playing an online game by an irresponsible person. All my accounts, including Facebook, have been compromised and the names changed. It has been over a year since I lost access to this account, and recently when I tried to log back in, it no longer appeared, possibly because the name was changed by the hacker. I seek assistance in tracking the movement of my account ([redacted]) as it is crucial and meaningful to me. I am willing to provide all my personal details as proof of ownership if needed. Thank you.

I am trying to stop receiving pornographic emails from my Outlook.com account that I created a while ago but never used. Unfortunately, I can't remember the password and the old phone number associated with the account. I have a new phone and number now and I'm unable to receive texts. I contacted support for help but they were unhelpful, claiming the system is protecting the account. I just want to close the account to stop these emails, but I'm unable to do so. Can someone advise me on how to block these emails instead?

Hello, I am having trouble recovering my Gmail account. I lost my phone, and I am facing login issues because I cannot remember my current or last password. Steps I have tried so far: I entered the phone number associated with my Gmail account for a code. I input the code received via SMS, which then directed me to the alternate email address page. I provided the email and entered the code received. Next, it prompted me for an 8-digit security code. However, it is not asking me any security questions; instead, it says, "Sorry, we couldn't find any account with this email." I am very concerned as I have important documents in my email that I need to retrieve. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Could someone please contact me at +91 [redacted]? I am available to discuss this anytime. Thank you!

I have been unable to access my account ([redacted]) due to forgetting my password while using the auto-fill function. Even after trying to reclaim my account using my secondary email ([redacted]), I am still unable to recover it as I am allegedly missing necessary information. The ownership of the account is mine, and the secondary email was set up precisely for situations like this. This account is crucial to me, as it holds funds that I am unable to access without it. I would appreciate assistance promptly as this situation is causing unnecessary stress. Thank you for your help in advance.

Yesterday, I changed my Gmail password, and today I couldn't access my account. Despite having 2-step verification, when I confirmed access, it didn't register with Google. Even answering the security question didn't help. Additionally, my recovery email password didn't work, rendering the confirmation codes sent there useless. Both accounts have the same cell number. I remember the latest password and all security answers, but I was only prompted for one question during each recovery attempt. I manage a Google church website that needs updating, particularly during COVID-19. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am an 80-year-old disabled person and have been receiving emails about bitcoin verification on different AOL accounts for the past few weeks. I have not engaged with these emails and would like the sender blocked. I tried to change my password but was unsuccessful. The Gmail address where I am receiving these emails is [redacted] Thank you for understanding and assisting this troubled old man.

I reside in a household with three individuals who share one modem/router for internet access. The issue we are encountering involves profile photos being switched incorrectly among our accounts. We have not made any changes, but it seems that there is an automatic merging of our accounts happening within Gmail or Google. Despite our attempts to rectify this by changing profile pictures, the problem persists. Even after trying to fix the account of the individual initially experiencing the issue, it continues. Interestingly, my account remains unaffected, but my friend, who also lives in the house, is receiving emails with the wrong photo displayed. We are seeking guidance on how to prevent this automatic merging of our accounts and would appreciate any assistance.
