My email, hollyhwatchgmail.com, has been hacked, and I've been struggling for months to figure out how to delete it. I keep receiving forwarded emails from the hackers and can't remember my last password or if it was changed. Initially created in September [redacted] for a neighborhood crime watch, I only used it for that purpose and nothing else, apart from communicating about local concerns. After resigning in July [redacted], I set up a vacation responder and changed the password, which I now can't recall. Around June [redacted], the spam increased significantly, and I now have over [redacted] emails forwarded to me, mostly with error messages like "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)." I need help deleting this compromised email to stop receiving the hacker's junk and other unwanted messages. I will provide more information once I confirm this site's legitimacy.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. Whenever I try to log in, it prompts for 2-step verification. There are three options on the screen. The first one asks me to "Tap Yes on your phone or tablet," but when I try, it says "Device can't be reached right now." The second option is to "Use your phone or tablet to get a security code (even if it's offline)," but since I'm using a new phone and can't log in on my old phone (which also requires this verification), I can't proceed. The last option is to "Enter one of your 8-digit backup codes," but I don't recall setting up any backup codes when I created the account long ago. I urgently need access to this email because it contains all my contacts and is linked to important software applications. I've resorted to using a different email for now, but I'm unable to retrieve my contacts. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my Gmail account.

I need access to my Gmail account that I've had for four years. My phone shattered, making it impossible to retrieve my account details. I still have the same phone number, but I am unable to recover my account. This account holds all my important pictures and contacts. I really need to access my old account where all my data is stored. I had to create a new account to use my new phone, but I prefer to access my original account. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Old account: [redacted] Current account: [redacted] Thank you, Kathryn Sannan

I am unable to purchase additional storage for my "[redacted]" account as Earthlink, the service provider, does not offer this option. Having maintained this email for over 20 years, I have crucial information stored in various folders. Despite forwarding new emails to my Gmail account due to PeoplePc's limited storage, this function has ceased. I intend to close my peoplepc.com account and discontinue the monthly storage fee, but before doing so, it is imperative that I transfer all files and their contents in a readable format for future access. I hope this request is feasible. Respectfully, E.M. at [redacted] [redacted].

Hello! I need assistance recovering my Instagram account named existential_dre. About a year ago, I created a throwaway account to set up this Instagram profile. Unfortunately, my previous Moto phone broke, and I lost access to the account. I've tried several passwords I normally use to log in, but I can't recall the correct one. Instagram mentioned sending an email to an address that I can't remember. I've also attempted using my old phone number, but it's not linked to any accounts anymore. I can't remember the username for the throwaway account as I likely used random words. My real name is Grace Morgan Ainsworth. I've used variations of Shakespeare and Montague as fake surnames for privacy in the past. I'm eager to recover my account, and I believe accessing the throwaway account is the key. Would you be able to assist me? My previous phone number was [redacted]. I understand the need for verification, so please advise on how I can prove my identity. Thank you for your help!

A while back, I accidentally reset my phone to factory settings and lost all the passwords for my email accounts. I'm struggling to recover access to my two Gmail accounts. For one account, I have the creation date and the phone number linked to it, but my recovery attempts are denied without review. The second account, I have a vague idea of the password, the phone number, and a general idea of the year it was created. Unfortunately, both recovery requests are being denied promptly without consideration. Adding to the challenge, the first Gmail account has the second one as its recovery option, creating a loop. The second account lacks a recovery email address. The lack of live chat or phone support from Gmail is making this process even more frustrating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am seeking help regarding the unauthorized access to my Gmail accounts – [redacted] and possibly [redacted] I am unable to access the first account and suspect the second one might have been compromised as well due to receiving numerous spam emails, including inappropriate content and messages seemingly sent from my own address without my knowledge. I am cautious about clicking on any links in these emails. When reaching out to supposed Google and Microsoft support numbers, I encountered requests for payment and remote access to my computer, raising concerns about the legitimacy of these services. I am unsure how my accounts were breached and unable to regain control despite attempts to contact support and recovery through alternative email addresses.

I am unable to access my Samsung 7g phone since it has locked me out. Over a year ago, I created a gmail account during the phone setup which I haven't used since then. I am trying to reset the password to regain access to my phone. However, there is a pattern security lock preventing me from using the phone. The phone repair service can see the gmail account, but I am having difficulty resetting the password. Although I tried to create a new account, Gmail claims the account does not exist, yet it won't let me create a new one, stating the username is already taken. I urgently need access to my contacts on the phone.

I am reaching out because I am having trouble accessing my email account linked to [redacted] I lost my phone, which was linked to the account, and I got a new phone with a new number. However, when I tried to log in, I was informed that my password was changed 15 days ago and the one I entered was invalid. Despite attempting various recovery options, I couldn't regain access because the old phone and number were no longer available. I am prepared to verify my identity by answering security questions. There are important contacts and YouTube purchases in the account that I cannot reach. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

After a perpetrator gained access to my GMAIL account through a stolen device, my attempts at damage control were in vain. The security breach quickly spread to all my other accounts, including Microsoft, Samsung, and even my bank account. Despite changing phones, service providers, and SIM cards multiple times, the issue persisted. Even after factory resets, the corrupted settings from my compromised accounts continued to affect my system. I resorted to using a PC with Windows 7 as a workaround. Frustratingly, the professional community has not been helpful in addressing this grave situation. Feeling overwhelmed, I'm considering preparing a food cellar as a precaution. Amidst all this chaos, one lingering question remains - where do sandwiches actually belong?

Hello, my account won't open as it keeps saying the password is wrong. I didn't change the password, and now I can't open it or reset it. I suspect someone hacked my account because someone took my email and password one day. Since then, I can't access my account. It is open on my phone but not on another mobile device; it keeps saying the password is wrong. I have all the necessary proofs. Please help me reset my password as all my work is linked to this account. I have tried the "forgot your password" option, provided all the required information, but when they send the verification code, it doesn't come to my email. They took my mobile number, and after that, they took another one. I received a code on my phone, provided it, then filled in my date of birth, but still I can't reset it. Please advise me on what to do. All my work is dependent on this email. Please help me reset my password.

I am attempting to use Apps Script to email myself from a Google Sheet that is connected to a Google Form. I have a Gmail account with [redacted] as an alias. Sending emails using this alias directly from Gmail works fine, but I am encountering an error when trying to send it through Apps Script. The error message I'm receiving is related to the mailbox being unavailable. Below is the section of the script that I am using: var email = e.values[1]; var name = e.values[2]; var msg = e.values[3]; GmailApp.sendEmail('[redacted]', 'Contact', name + ': ' + msg, {from: '[redacted]', replyTo: email}); I am unsure what is causing this issue.

I am currently locked out of my Gmail and Outlook accounts. I am unable to log in as my password has been changed. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I suspect my accounts have been hacked, yet no one seems to believe me. After numerous unsuccessful login attempts, I now receive an error message indicating I have exceeded the allowed number of tries. I have waited 24 hours as suggested, but the problem persists. It has been three days now, and I still cannot access my accounts. Due to my ongoing illness, I have a court case pending, and it is crucial that I regain access to my accounts to receive important court documents. I have also noticed a discrepancy with the device trying to sign in (Samsung 9) while my phone is a Samsung J7. I am concerned that my boyfriend, who owns a Samsung 9, may be involved in some way. Something seems amiss, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.
