Top Tip from another customer
If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-hatemh's own words
It's been going on my youtube account. I keep finding stuff in my history that were never on the autoplaylist nor I clicked on. And I can see this activity has been going on for months now. I've tried everything, password change, * step verification, removed that as well after a while, removed all trusted devices and the activity is still happening. So I need to know what to do to sign out that person who is doing this activity on my account.*I am also attaching two screenshots from the weird activity on my account. The only video I've seen in these screenshots, was the civilization * video. That's it, the rest is not mine. So either the security is horrible, or this is a technical error on your side. Either way, I need to fix this. My account is compromised and I can't do anything about it!!!
