I need assistance with receiving my emails. I reached out to customer support, but the help provided was not satisfactory. When attempting to call the same number, it now states that it is invalid. I am unsure of the next steps to take and am eager to access my email. As a result, I am currently using my Hotmail account to receive important information. During my interaction, I spoke with Michael/Mike, and encountered language barriers that hindered effective communication. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods on both my phone and my dated PC without success. It is essential for me to retrieve my emails as they contain cherished memories of my loved ones. I believe the customer service representatives should undergo additional training to better assist individuals using older devices or mobile technology exclusively. Clearer communication and adaptability are crucial in such situations. Upon requesting to speak with a more helpful representative or a supervisor, the call was abruptly ended. Subsequent attempts to contact customer support have been futile as the number provided is now inaccessible. I am in need of the correct contact information for Gmail customer support.

I recently changed my password and encountered difficulties accessing my account. After several unsuccessful attempts, I was prompted to go through an account recovery process due to being in a different location and entering the verification code incorrectly. While going through the verification, I left one question regarding my Gmail account creation date unanswered, thinking it was optional. However, I later learned I was supposed to make an educated guess. Despite verifying my backup email and phone number, the communication loop with the support team was challenging. I received vague responses indicating a reset link was on the way, but I either did not receive it or was directed back to the account recovery process. The validation process seemed unclear, with only sporadic questions being asked. I am seeking clear communication and guidance to reset my password effectively, as I rely on my Gmail for personal and business use. The lack of access has left me feeling helpless in today's digital-dependent environment. I am willing to provide any necessary information requested to regain access and appreciate any assistance in navigating this ordeal.

Hello, I have an unusual but sincere request. My name is Chris Hartnell, and I used to have the Gmail account [redacted], which was connected to my Lords Mobile game app. Even though I wasn't the original user of the account, I've been using it for a year from Taunton, Somerset on my iPhone 6. Last night, I fell victim to a scam, and the scammer has taken over my Gmail login and is demanding a ransom for the details, which I haven't received yet. I desperately need help to recover my account. I can provide evidence of the scam through saved conversation pictures. It's a distressing situation, and I urgently need access to secure my account again. Thank you for your assistance. Chris Hartnell Taunton, Somerset

I am struggling to add my Gmail account to Outlook [redacted]. Despite trying all the recommended solutions, my Gmail failed to sync on Wednesday. After attempting various fixes, I resorted to removing and re-adding the account without success. I strongly dislike the appearance of Gmail and Hotmail emails and much prefer using Outlook. Strangely, I have another Gmail account successfully linked to my Outlook [redacted]. I suspect there might be a security-related issue causing this problem. Though not an IT expert, I can follow basic instructions. I believe the problem lies with Gmail rather than Outlook or Office, as this email account is crucial for my business. I want to emphasize that switching to G Suite is not an option for me.

This morning at 10:30 a.m. when I tried to log into my phone, I discovered that my account had been hacked. The settings were changed, including the password recovery email and a phone number in the contacts that is not mine. My phone number is [redacted], and I have had this email account for over 7 years. When I tried to contact customer support, they claimed I am not named Elaine, which is strange. I suspect someone accessed my account, possibly my fiance's ex-partner, who has caused issues before. The recovery email listed is outdated, and I urgently need assistance as important documents and photos are at risk. I have temporarily set up a new email with an extra "y" in the address. I am deeply troubled by this situation and have taken steps to report it to the authorities.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account for [redacted] I recently got a new iPad and couldn't access my mathenyterri account. I also have a nevaterri account which is working fine. I contacted Google on February 10-11 because I couldn’t access my account, but on February 12, after changing my password to 1955Terri, now I can’t access either account on my new iPad or my old one. I am unable to access my nevaterri account at all, on any of my devices. This is causing me a lot of stress as this account is very important. I desperately need to get my emails. Please help. Thank you. Terri Rapillo

There has been unusual activity on my YouTube account for several months. Despite changing my password, enabling 2-step verification, removing trusted devices, and still seeing unauthorized content in my history, the issue persists. I am reaching out for assistance in signing out whoever is accessing my account without permission. Attached are two screenshots displaying unfamiliar content in my history, except for the Civilization 6 video. This indicates a security breach or a technical glitch that needs immediate attention to safeguard my compromised account.

I am experiencing issues with accessing my Gmail account, [redacted], on my phone despite it working fine on my PC. After changing my password, my phone did not recognize it, causing login problems. Although I managed to update my password on the PC, I still couldn't access Gmail on my phone. The last update I received was on 2/2/19. I contacted ATT support and attempted to uninstall and reinstall Gmail on my phone, but the issue persisted. The email app seemed updated, showing my account was connected, yet I still couldn't access Gmail. I need assistance resolving this connectivity problem on my phone. I was provided the number [redacted] by ATT support to address the Gmail issue on my ASUS phone. I am unsure if this number is legitimate and if an employee named Mike Wilson works there. Mike mentioned my computer and network got infiltrated by individuals from Sri Lanka, causing antivirus and software corruption.

The email I used for my main Instagram account has been disabled, even though I know the password. It was a school email that got disabled when I left, and now there's a suspicious login issue with my account (emilyy.canupp). The problem is that the verification code is being sent to my old email ([redacted]) that I can't access anymore. I need a different way to recover my old email to change it on my Instagram account as Instagram support hasn't been helpful. I've contacted Instagram and Gmail multiple times seeking assistance. It's frustrating, and I really need some guidance as I'm becoming increasingly upset and impatient.

I have an old university alumni email address that I configured about 9 years ago as an SMTP/pop3 account through Gmail. I created an "alias" at that time, thinking it was just an internal label, not realizing it affects how the email appears to recipients. Now that I need to use it more often, I want to change the alias name. When I try to do this, it asks for login details for a server that the school cannot identify. I worry about losing the ability to send emails if I recreate the account. Is there a way to change the alias name without needing to log into a server? Appreciate any guidance.

Dear, I need your help with accessing my new Gmail account. I created it back in January [redacted] with the email address [redacted] However, I forgot my password and have been unsuccessful in recovering it. I tried three different methods for recovery: 1. By selecting "Forgot your password?" and using my mobile phone number ([redacted][redacted]) to receive a verification code via SMS, but Google still could not verify my ownership of the account. 2. I attempted the same with my recovery email address ([redacted]) and received a verification code via email, but again, Google could not verify my ownership. 3. Even entering the month and year the account was created was not enough for Google to verify my ownership. I have all the necessary recovery options (phone number, email, security question), but Google seems to be rejecting the recovery process. How can I prove that the account belongs to me? I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you, M.V.

My wife has been trying to contact Google to recover her account, but with no success. Despite providing the necessary information, the account remains unrecovered. It is disheartening to think that Google lacks a support team to assist with such issues. This account holds 17 years of precious pictures and important medical documents related to a child who has had two heart transplants. The potential loss of this information is devastating. The email linked to the account is [redacted] We would appreciate any help in recovering this account. Unfortunately, she is unable to use her phone to receive a code as she is locked out. We have exhausted all the recommended recovery options without success. Please contact us at [redacted] or [redacted]. I am Richard Jones and my wife is Monica Jones. Thank you.

My emails are not syncing to my BlackBerry device from my Gmail account. I spent 45 minutes with Rogers and then another 20 minutes with BlackBerry support, and they indicated the issue is on the email provider's end. I received an email from BlackBerry Limited requesting me to verify the password for my Gmail account in the BlackBerry Internet Service. The email stated that emails from my Gmail account are not reaching my BlackBerry device and to fix this I needed to confirm the password. I followed the steps, but I received another error message. Despite removing and trying to re-add the Gmail account to my BlackBerry, I am still facing issues. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially with the lack of available support channels.

Hello, my name is Candace. I have been attempting to recover my Gmail account because I forgot my password. Unfortunately, my phone broke, which prevented me from receiving the code to reset my password. This issue has caused me to fall behind on bills. Recently, I obtained a new phone with the same number to receive the verification code, but Google seems to have locked me out. I contacted a customer support number and provided personal details, but later found out that Gmail does not have tech support. I am concerned about the security of my information and the validity of the support I reached out to.

Hello Google customer support, I am having an issue changing my email account password because I forgot the password which started with a "g." I tried to recover it using my saved passwords on Google, but it didn't work. I created a new account to receive verification codes, but they didn't verify me as the owner even though I am using the same IP and location. I can provide a copy of my driver's license (without my SS number) for verification. I don't remember the answer to the security question and the account was created around [redacted] or [redacted] after I had Yahoo. I didn't add a phone number on the account due to not having text messaging on my cell. I have a home phone and a cell phone that you can call, but I didn't include them in the form. I use Magic Jack for my home phone and Consumer Cellular for my cell. Kindly email me if this additional information will help resolve my issue. Thank you, Melvina R Jones

Hello, I currently use this email, but my old one was [redacted] I can't remember the password for it as I no longer use it. I have visited the Gmail Help page to check the frequently asked questions, but none of the solutions worked for me. I have attempted various methods to access my account, including clicking the "forgot password" button and trying to reset my password by sending a code to my current email. Is there any way you can assist me in recovering my account or resetting my password so I can access my old Gmail account at [redacted]? Thank you.

Around 7 to 8 years ago, I created a Gmail account that I used for everything without linking it to another email address. Recently, I got logged out and can't remember the password nor recover it through my phone number or name. This is causing issues because my Amazon, Facebook, and other accounts are linked to it, and I can't access them as the password resets are sent to this email account I can't access. I've made a new Gmail account but need access to the old one to retrieve passwords for my other accounts. If there's a number I can call or if you have any advice on how to regain access, please reach out to me at the email provided.

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus to XR last Monday in NC. After getting home, I tried to access my business email but couldn't remember the password. Even after speaking to a Mac specialist on Friday and Apple on Saturday, the issue persists. I realized Gmail is sending verification codes to my old phone, not the new one. I managed to contact another IT person on Saturday who provided a Gmail link for password reset. Gmail responded after a week, stating they would review my request in 2-3 days. This has caused a problem with my clients as I cannot access important information. I urgently need assistance with this issue.
