About three weeks ago, I was shocked to discover that I couldn't send or receive any Gmail messages. As a freelance translator who travels frequently, Gmail is essential for my work, including receiving important bank information. It's frustrating to have my account shut down after being a loyal user for over 25 years. The financial impact and loss of work are significant. I urgently need my Gmail account reinstated to access client messages and prevent further financial losses. I have tried troubleshooting at the Apple store without success. They recommended reaching out to Gmail support, which I am attempting now. Thank you for addressing this promptly. Best regards, Sylvia (Note: Phone number and email provided for reference: [redacted], [redacted])

Hello! I recently received an important email from a sender named Edward Brooks at [redacted] in my Gmail account. I've tried to reply multiple times but struggled to locate this person on Instagram or Facebook as the name is quite common. I attempted to respond through Outlook, hoping it would recognize similar addresses, but to no avail. After contacting Outlook support, they mentioned the email was sent from their webpage, not a specific Outlook email, and advised me to seek further assistance. Could you please help me identify the real email address of this sender? The content of the email about purchasing CDs is significant to me. Thank you for your help. Muriel.

Hello everyone, I've been using my 5 Gmail accounts for a long time, but for the past five days, I've been unable to access them due to some backend issues. I recently removed my second verification and contact number due to personal reasons. Now, when I try to log in, I'm getting a message saying Google can't verify that the account belongs to me. I've tried the account recovery steps, including providing my contact number and recovery email, correctly entering the code sent to my recovery email, but my accounts still won't open. I've searched through Gmail forums for help but haven't found a solution. I'm requesting your assistance with this matter urgently. The emails I can't access are as follows: - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] Thank you for your understanding and support.

I have been experiencing issues with my email accounts on my tablet and cell phone. On the tablet, I keep getting a "Password Incorrect" pop-up for my Gmail account, even after changing the password. I haven't received any new emails on the tablet since October 15. On my phone, I can access my email but haven't received new emails since October 22, and I haven't had any pop-up messages on this device. However, my desktop email is working fine. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam on October 26 and disclosed personal information to scammers posing as tech support. I have already taken my desktop to a professional to remove any access they had. The scammers' contact information is associated with M C Helper, Inc. Their websites are mchelper.com and supportmchelper.com, with a direct support number of 1-[redacted] or [redacted]. The individuals I interacted with were named "Sam Wilson and Ron-Tech #7." I seek assistance to address the email issues and the aftermath of the scam.

My Gmail account ([redacted]) was hacked, and the password was changed, preventing me from logging in. It has been four months, and I am still unable to access my account. My recovery email and phone number are linked to my ex-girlfriend, with whom I have no contact. Although I remembered the password to my recovery email and received the verification code, I am unable to sign in due to a security hold. This situation is frustrating, and I am eager to regain access to my Gmail account promptly, preferably not in 3-5 business days. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing significant disruptions on my phone as someone has unauthorized access to it, manipulating my Google account, moving app icons, adjusting volume settings, downloading inappropriate images, creating fake videos using my voice, blurring faces, uploading content to a cloud account, then deleting it. They interfere with my Drive, control my emails, make calls and send texts from my phone on my behalf, and fabricate locations for me to visit when creating their videos. Additionally, my Google account has been inaccessible since 2:30 am. I am seeking assistance to regain control of my account and remove these individuals. I suspect they may be using a Moto E4 phone like mine to access my account illicitly. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing difficulty accessing two of my Google accounts, "Witch" and "Bma," suspecting that they have been hacked. I had to create a third account, "Bat," which is now only linked to my new phone. Unfortunately, I do not have the recovery codes for the previous two accounts. "Bat" is secure on my new phone, while I believe "Witch" and "Bma" are on my old phone, which I no longer have access to. My recovery email through Comcast is unreliable, and I feel stuck in a frustrating loop trying to find a solution. If only I still had my old phone number, things would be much easier. The process on xfinity.com is not working smoothly for me, unlike for others, making me feel helpless with my own accounts.

I have been trying for a long time to regain access to several accounts that expired due to inactivity following a fraud incident. Despite providing evidence to Google and the authorities, the accounts remained inaccessible. I have followed the instructions in the help suite multiple times, but I am unable to recover them as I cannot recall the compromised passwords. I have received email confirmations from Google-noreply acknowledging my requests to reset the passwords, but I have not received the promised follow-up emails with recovery instructions. This situation is incredibly frustrating. Please assist me in recovering the following accounts: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] 3. [redacted] Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Gmail for many years without any issues until recently. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of my account, which contains all the photos from my son's birth, because the password was changed without my knowledge. I am unable to recover the account as I no longer have access to the old phone number or recovery email associated with it. I can provide all the necessary information, but I urgently need access to my account as it holds important memories for me. Please assist me in recovering my email account as it feels unfair that I am unable to access my own photos.

My accounts have been compromised. The passwords were not altered but were somehow bypassed. It seems as if everything on my phone has been mirrored. Upon checking my Google activity, it appears that the operating system has been tampered with. I suspect my ex-boyfriend, as he has a history of such behavior. Additionally, I noticed references to hangmytracking.com, w3snoop, and BTsnoop_hci.log in the activity. The affected accounts are: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] 3. [redacted] 4. [redacted] 5. [redacted] 6. [redacted] These accounts are linked to various social media platforms and apps, where my credit card details are stored. I fear he might access this information. His Gmail accounts include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and more. As his contact details change frequently, it's challenging to track his actions. I urgently request assistance to prevent further harm.

I found the following email in my Gmail junk folder and wanted to share it with you: Dear user of Gmail.com, I am a spyware software developer who claims to have hacked your account. The email details a cyber attack in [redacted], alleging to have accessed personal information, taken control of the device, and gathered compromising material. The attacker is demanding a Bitcoin payment within 48 hours to prevent the distribution of the collected data. It is important to remain cautious when receiving such emails, and it is advisable to enhance your account security by updating passwords and running antivirus scans. If you have any concerns or encounter similar messages, it may be beneficial to report them to your email provider for further assistance.

Hi there, I'm currently experiencing issues with my [redacted] account. It has been inaccessible for over a month now, and I suspect it was compromised due to using a non-secure website. The password, recovery email, and phone number associated with the account have all been changed. I've been trying to recover it through the additional recovery system, and despite providing various pieces of information such as the original first and last name on the account, date of birth, previous recovery email/phone, trusted phone model, trusted PC IP address, and even downloading my SMS history from the original recovery email, I am unable to regain access. Unfortunately, the recovery system does not support image uploads for me to provide screenshots as proof. I am at a loss on how to proceed as the system seems unresponsive to my efforts. Any suggestions on how I should proceed or how I can get in touch with Google about this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I opened an email account around [redacted] or possibly in [redacted], under the name [redacted] The account was created by my best friend and me, and it holds some old emails that I am eager to revisit. Regrettably, I have forgotten the password and cannot recall the answer to my security question, "what is your first teacher's name." As I created this account in 7th grade, I likely used a silly answer. I no longer have access to the device (a computer) I used back then, which belonged to my middle school, Paradise Elementary in Paradise/Plains MT. Recovering access to this email would mean a great deal to me. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am Maureen Wheat. My computer usually signs me in automatically, but I forgot my password when trying to log back into my [redacted] account after signing out. My backup account was [redacted], which is no longer accessible. My new backup account is [redacted] due to using different emails for different accounts mandated by a credit card. The labels in my [redacted] account keep changing, with recent ones such as AAAonemain loan, AAFlight, and various entries related to my daughter Mary. I've moved multiple times recently and changed my password after a hacking incident, possibly around my last move from DeSoto, Missouri, to St. Louis, Missouri. I'm desperate to access my account and only my daughter in Brazil and my housemate know me through [redacted] Please help me reset my [redacted] account as I can't recall changing it, though any changes would only involve adding numbers and symbols. I'm distressed about this situation. Email me at [redacted] Love, Maureen.

I attempted to reset my password by providing the old one I had meticulously noted down. However, Gmail rejected it. I assumed I may have written it down incorrectly. I expected to receive a verification code on my cell phone as I had set up in my account, but Gmail decided to send it to an alternate email address instead. Unfortunately, I have not received the code in that email. I had two similar alternate accounts, one of which I closed, so the code might be going there. Despite answering Gmail's security questions and providing both my phone numbers, I am still unable to regain access. My Gmail is currently accessible, but I am concerned about potential future issues. The supposed alternate email is [redacted], but I am unable to update it in "My Account" due to needing the current password.

After ending a relationship, my ex-boyfriend obtained access to my accounts using an old phone he got hold of post-breakup. He altered logins for important credit accounts, my Facebook, and Google details. Despite all my attempts, I couldn't resolve this issue. I really need extra help to recover my accounts as they contain irreplaceable sentimental photos of my late sister and father, important documents, and handle most of my personal and business communication.
