Ten days ago, I discovered that my Gmail account was deactivated for an unknown reason. Despite my attempts to recover it, I encountered obstacles. When prompted for a verification code via text or call, I couldn't proceed as I had changed my phone number. I selected "do not have it" and was then prompted to use an old email address that I no longer had access to. I vaguely recalled the account creation date and provided it. When asked for an email to receive recovery notifications, I used one that informed me I could not recover my own Gmail account. It has been almost two weeks without access to my account, causing significant inconvenience. I am perplexed by the deactivation of my long-standing account and the challenges in proving ownership for recovery. Your assistance in restoring my account would be greatly appreciated.

I recently upgraded my phone and encountered difficulty signing into my Gmail account. Despite attempting to retrieve the password through personal details, I did not receive any verification calls or texts, though I have always had the same number. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive a code via my old email since it is no longer active. Additionally, I cannot recall the exact month and year I opened the account. I tried using my daughter's email address for verification but still encountered issues. Access to this email is crucial for my work and children's school information. I am reaching out for assistance. Thank you, Natalie B. Please respond to my daughter's email address.

I am seeking validation and clarification regarding a threat I received from a group claiming to be international hackers. Their email was mistakenly found in my spam folder after Google's transition to the new Gmail interface. The hackers demanded money be deposited into a Bitcoin account, stating they had installed remote access software on my computer. In response, I erased all Google-related items, informed my customers of a possible breach, deleted my Google Suite, and canceled my credit card. I am now investigating the legitimacy of the threat. My name is Patrick McGirr, and my previous email was [redacted] before the deletion. I also established a CNAME through my DNS for validation and changed my password due to the security concerns. I believe they acquired my password through a phishing attempt via a Google pop-up authentication process. I appreciate any insights you can provide on this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

I've been experiencing issues with accessing my Gmail account on my computer and iPhones. For some reason, my password was rejected, and even the temporary passwords Gmail sent for resetting didn't work. My password for my Samsung tablet is "Djba7727!" while for other devices it's "Djba7727". I've included my iPhone numbers for reference as well. Richard from ATT suggested I change my iPhone to take advantage of a special promotion, but I can't access my email on the new iPhone since the passwords are being rejected. I've tried multiple times to reset it without success, even with Geek Squad's help. I'm currently able to access my email on my old iPhone 5S. I need assistance transferring photos from my old phone to the new iPhone and setting up my email. Additionally, I need help organizing and moving apps on my new iPhone, like prioritizing which apps to move to different screens. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I set up an email account for my son to play games on his iPad. Despite typing in the password multiple times and trying various combinations, it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I attempted to verify the account creation date with no success. I'm struggling to reset the password, which is necessary for him to play Fortnite under his username. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated as my son is eager to get back to gaming. The email address associated with this account is [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

Every time I send an email, it says it's being sent from "Jillie Gerard." I haven't used this name in at least 8 years and certainly don't remember ever having an email with this name. It's not anywhere among my labels. Even when I put in one of my actual email addresses and see it's in the sender box, when I actually send the email, it's gone and being sent from "Jillie Gerrarrd." This confusion is affecting everyone I email. I have a business account, and people aren't opening my emails because they have no idea who "Jillie Gerrarrd" is. This needs to be fixed immediately. My account has been hacked. Although I can access it from my phone when signing in, I'm unable to recover it. The issue arises during the recovery email part because I don't receive a verification code. Despite accessing my inbox from my phone, I continuously fail at the account recovery process. I remember details such as my creation time, old passwords, and have access to my phone, recovery phone, and recovery email. However, it seems like no emails are being sent to my recovery account. I recently got a new phone and was in the process of updating it. While logging into my Gmail account, I realized that I had forgotten my password, which I often struggle with. After attempting to reset the password, the system stated it did not recognize my account and prompted me to recover it. I managed to successfully update my password using the recovery email [redacted] However, upon trying to sign in again, the system claimed it didn't recognize the account as mine, despite me resetting the password and having access to the recovery email. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly so I can regain access to my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I am unable to access my Gmail account. After my phone was restored to factory settings, I tried to recover my password without success. Despite answering all security questions and entering verification codes, Gmail could not verify my identity due to the association with my phone. Access to my phone is restricted until I regain entry to my Gmail account. Gmail informed me that it may take 3-5 days to unlock my account, which is distressing as I rely on my phone, especially since I have had a stroke before. Any assistance in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated. My email is [redacted]

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Instagram account linked to my Google account. Someone has hacked my Google account and added an unknown Yahoo email address as the recovery option. This has prevented me from resetting my Instagram password. Despite numerous attempts, Google's verification process has not helped due to insufficient evidence of ownership. The name on my account is Kaleigh Young or Kake Young, associated with the email kayyyoung. The security question asked for an old phone number, which I have tried to provide without success. I have not used the old number as a security question before. The recovery link was mistakenly sent to an incorrect Yahoo email address. This issue is critical for me as my Instagram is essential. A call from Google Account Recovery at [redacted] or contact via email at [redacted] for further assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Frustrated Google User.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. After signing up for nextdoor.com, I created a password specifically for that site. Google then sent me an email at my Yahoo account saying my Gmail password was changed. I followed Google's instructions and it showed the process was successful. However, my iPhone is not accepting the password for Gmail. When I enter the password in the settings, Google sends a new sign-in message to my recovery email. Clicking on the link confirms the activity, but I am still unable to access my Gmail account. This has created an endless loop, and I am unable to connect to my Gmail.

Good morning, my daughter is at Falmouth University, UK. About 5 days ago, she couldn't access her Gmail account. A message indicated the password had been changed, but no one made any changes. I also tried to sign in but got the same message. Moreover, the recovery email address isn't ours. I tried to answer security questions from our family computer to prove the original IP/mac address was used before. While we could answer some questions, not all were successful. I was told someone would contact me via my email address provided. However, my daughter needs access to her emails for important university and travel information. We only request a password reset to regain access and consider auto-forwarding emails to another address after resolving this. Please contact me at the email below. Kind regards, Derek Peters.

I recently changed my password and I am currently logged in on my phone. However, I forgot my password and I am unable to access my account on other devices. I have set up the two-step security process, but when I try to recover my account, it asks for the month and year I created it, which I don't remember. This is urgent for me as I have upcoming placement tests, and companies will be sending important links to my Gmail for the exams. I need access to different systems to take these tests, so I kindly request expedited assistance as the companies can contact me at any time to start the online exams. Thank you.

My email, [redacted], was hacked and used for spam. After setting up a new email with tech support, we are still having issues. Emails we send to Gmail addresses end up in spam folders. Our tech support company, Grace Net, checked and all email headers were clean and authenticated by Gmail. They suspect Gmail may have flagged our domain due to past spam issues. They suggest multiple Gmail users marking our emails as not spam could help. The problem is not with our mail server or IP address but the domain name. They advise contacting Gmail to resolve the issue. We are a non-profit youth camp for Detroit Public School students and appreciate any assistance.

I am currently unable to access my account due to being on hold for an estimated 3-5 days. This situation arose because I had forgotten my password and was unable to receive the verification code as the phone number associated with my account is inactive. Furthermore, I do not recall the backup email address provided. I managed to answer one security question regarding the creation date of my Gmail account but was then prompted to input a new email address to receive another verification code. Despite recalling my password, I was unable to access my email using the verification code provided or input my password successfully. I urgently need access to my email as I am anticipating an important message and there is personal information I must retrieve from it. Kindly assist me in recovering my account. For communication purposes, you can reach me at my new phone number, [redacted], or via email at [redacted]

I have been receiving emails addressed to a gentleman in India named Arun Lokhande. He seems to have the same email address as I do, [redacted] These emails typically contain details about his purchases and shipping information. The most recent email I received is from Mi India @ mi.com. This email is from a No Reply address and pertains to his purchase of a Redmi Note 5 Pro Lake Blue, revealing the high value of the item. I have been receiving these emails for a while now, but this is the first one that included the price. I am unsure if Arun Lokhande is also receiving these emails or if they are only being sent to me.
