Good afternoon!**My name is Donna Suthard. The Gmail account in question is *****@***.com.**I am having some serious problems trying to access my Gmail account. I believe it was hacked a couple of years ago and I lost access. There are some critical and important documents stored there that I need to recover. **It is necessary for me to regain access to my Gmail account (*****@***.com) in order to retrieve these documents, which are available to me nowhere else. **I have gone through all of the “Lost Password” steps to try to regain access, but the present circumstances are all preventing from that.**I have exactly the same problem with the backup email (*****@***.com) I used when I signed up with Gmail. So, when I try to recover my email, I can’t use that email to retrieve any security pin that Gmail sends to that address during the recovery process.**The phone*phone number I had that was associated with both my Gmail (donnalightworker@gmail) and my backup email (*****@***.com) is no longer in my possession, so I can't get a security pin texted to me, either. **Lastly, when I went through the "recover account" process online and had a pin number emailed to a completely new account, Gmail stated that they could not verify that I am the owner of the original account I am trying to access...presumably because I have so little information left to provide. **I couldn't find anywhere online where I could answer security questions to gain access to my Gmail account.**Is there any other way I can regain access to my account? The information I need to recover relates to my recently deceased brother and his estate and as I wrote earlier, it is critically important.**Please let me know what information you need from me to allow me to regain access. **I will be happy to provide any information you require to positively identify me and to demonstrate my ownership of this account.**Thank you in advance for your help. **-Donna Suthard
