I need assistance in resetting my Gmail password. I received the verification code and entered it on the "forgot password" section on Gmail.com. However, I seem to be encountering issues with the verification process. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and without access to my Google account, I am unable to retrieve important contacts and cherished family photos. Although I primarily use Yahoo for my online activities, I realized the significance of my Google account. Despite seldom using the account, I attempted to log in with what I believed was my password, but it seems there may be a case sensitivity error. I kindly ask for your help as a 69-year-old individual who values the importance of accessing my contacts and photos through my Google account.

I am unable to access my Gmail account. Despite numerous attempts to recover it and providing all security information asked, I have been unsuccessful. The email address is [redacted], and it seems like the password has been changed. This account holds sensitive details like my address, social security numbers for myself, my spouse, and kids, as well as insurance documents. I fear that if my information is misused, it could lead to illegal activities or harm to others that might be linked back to me. Since I cannot regain access, I urgently require all my personal information to be permanently deleted. I am even willing to pay for a service to look up the email and ensure my address is not accessible through any means of payment. The current situation is very concerning to me.

I just transferred my old iPad data to my new iPad Pro, but I'm having trouble accessing my email. The iPad keeps prompting me to use an old email address that I no longer have, ending in sc.rr.com. My current email is [redacted], which I've had for a while. I'm 84 years old and can't recall exactly when I started using this email. It appears there is also an issue with my password as the one I remember doesn't seem to work. I can still use the email on my iMac, but not on the iPad since Apple didn't transfer the account properly. I'm certain my email address is correct, so I'm not sure why there's a problem on the iPad. Your previous response went to the old sc.rr.com email, which I can't access. Can you help me resolve this? Thank you.

Hello team, I am a partner in a company facing issues with our company Gmail account. The account was set up with the ex-employee's personal email and phone number for verification. I recently discovered the account is marked for deletion and to restore it, I need to respond to notifications sent to the ex-employee's email and phone. I have tried reaching out to the former employee without success. I need assistance in restoring and preventing the deletion of the Gmail account. The company Gmail in question is [redacted] Please contact me via my personal email for any communication. I can provide proof of my identity and role in the company as needed.

I have feedback on the recent changes to Gmail. In the new version, finding the Spam Folder has become challenging, unlike the previous Beta version. I prefer easy access to the Spam Folder and do not want Google to decide what is spam and delete it without my knowledge. Additionally, I have privacy concerns regarding Google accessing all of my email addresses. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in finding a way to prevent this. I value the separation of my email addresses for different purposes and seek privacy protocols that can respect this. The new Gmail includes features I do not understand or use, like 'hangouts.' As an adult user, I do not appreciate assumptions that all users are teenagers constantly connected to their phones. It would be helpful if Google provided explanations for new features. Moreover, I struggle to comprehend the bookmark system in Chrome, which deters me from using it more frequently. The simplicity of Internet Explorer's 'Favorites' folder is more efficient for me. I hope the new system maintains the old filter system for blocking/deleting, as I found the previous one ineffective. Simplifying processes like these would greatly enhance user experience.

I set up an account for my daughter last year to safely play child games on a tablet. However, after not using it for a year, I cannot remember the password or which credentials I used. I tried Gmail password recovery with no success and even did a reset on the tablet but still cannot access it. I contacted Verizon, but they redirected me back to Gmail. Please help me resolve this before my contract ends in 8 months.

I forgot my password and during the reset process, I noticed that my device location showed as Qatar while I am actually in San Antonio, Texas. Unfortunately, my computer was hacked, allowing unauthorized access to my screen. The hackers managed to steal sensitive information such as credit card details, bank account information, and my social security number. Strangely, I purchased the phone after the hacking incident. Although I recall all my login details, I couldn't reset the password for my Gmail account, leading to automatic lockout. To verify my identity, I provided my backup email where a verification code was sent. However, upon returning to the verification page, it disappeared. I urgently need assistance as my primary email is inaccessible, and my laptop, phone, and Apple TV are malfunctioning. I rely heavily on Gmail and feel lost without it. Please help me regain access!

I recently updated my password for my Gmail account [redacted] and am unable to recover it as I can't remember my recovery email's password either, which is [redacted] I typically use the Gmail app on my phone, so I haven't needed to input my recovery email's password for a while. I am unable to log back in after performing a factory reset on my iPhone 6s. It's crucial for me to regain access to the first email account as it contains important work-related emails. I did not link a phone number for security purposes. I can recall my previous password for my first account and the long-standing password for my second account before changing it twice. The same password was used for both accounts. Is there a way to recover access to either of these accounts?

I enabled two-step verification on my account using phone number [redacted], but my phone broke. I got a new number since my old one got reassigned, and my recovery account is linked to the old number. This is causing difficulty accessing my account, especially on my new phone. I made a temporary account as a workaround, but I need access to specific emails like my resume. The email I'm trying to recover is [redacted], with the recovery email as [redacted]

Hello, I have been experiencing a significant issue with my Gmail account for the past 2 years. Despite numerous attempts to recover it using all the methods Gmail provides, the system does not recognize me even after answering secret questions. This has created a major problem as I cannot change the email associated with my Instagram account, resulting in having two Instagram profiles that are causing issues. Furthermore, I am unable to access my previous account on Facebook linked to this email. I am eager to resolve this by reclaiming my old email, deactivating, and deleting it correctly. Despite trying old passwords, the system fails to acknowledge me. Is there a way to verify my ownership of this email? Even the Hotmail account linked to it cannot grant access. I seek assistance in consolidating to one email address and eliminating the rest, even if there is a cost involved.

I had a bad experience with Cox email, so I decided to switch to Gmail as recommended. I reached out to Tmobile live chat to see if I could change my Cox email address to a Gmail one, and they confirmed it was possible. My current Cox email address is [redacted] Even though Cox would still charge me, my email would be managed through Gmail servers while still using the same address. TMobile suggested dropping the Cox email, but I am not entirely sure if that's feasible. If it is, I might end up with two Gmail addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] I plan to inform my contacts to avoid using the Cox email and switch to the Gmail account. Currently, I have multiple email addresses through Cox on my HP PC and TMobile android phone. A TMobile store advised me to contact Gmail about the switch.

Dear Sir, I have forgotten my password for my email address [redacted], which is only accessible on my phone. When I try to recover my account, I am unable to provide the recovery email information as the listed recovery email, [redacted], does not exist. Despite providing other email addresses during the recovery process, I have been unsuccessful in verifying my identity. I have also tried using the recovery phone number code but have not been able to pass the verification process. As this email contains important career-related information, I am eager to regain access to it. Please provide assistance or a contact number for further support. I am willing to compensate Google for any inconvenience caused.

I recently received a text message notifying me that my Gmail account password was changed without my request. The message instructed me to call [redacted], which I did. Upon calling, someone claiming to be from "Apple customer support" asked for a security code that I did not possess. They advised me to purchase a Google Play card from a store to obtain a security code to block hackers. The person on the phone asked me to go to the store and said they would wait while I retrieved the card. I estimated it would take half an hour. Before ending the call, I requested a reference number (D78215) and a callback number ([redacted]) for follow-up. I was told that a callback would occur tomorrow evening at 7:00 pm. Please advise on how to proceed.

I am having trouble with recovering my Google account. Despite providing all the correct details for recovery, Google has been unable to help. It's disappointing as a long-time user to encounter such an issue. The inability to recover the account and the suggestion to create a new one is not a satisfactory solution. It seems that Google lacks the necessary validation process for unsuccessful account recovery attempts. This raises concerns about the safety of personal information stored in inaccessible accounts. It's frustrating that there is no option to permanently delete the account. The lack of clarity on validation for failed recovery attempts is concerning. The suggestion to have a recovery email linked to the affected account also adds to the complexity of the situation.

I am facing a distressing situation as my phone was stolen, and it had access to my Gmail and Yahoo accounts. I do recall my password, but due to two-step verification, I am unable to sign in without my stolen phone or access to the backup Yahoo account for the verification code. Regrettably, I am also locked out of my Yahoo account. My primary concern is retrieving my family pictures stored in Google Drive. I am willing to provide any necessary information or security details to regain access. I have created a temporary Gmail account in the hopes of recovering access to my original account. The locked Gmail account is [redacted] with the password [redacted]. Your assistance in recovering my children's pictures is greatly appreciated.

Firstly, someone has altered the passwords for my Gmail account [redacted] and my Facebook account. I am Richard Keith Summer from 77 Wilmont St, Andrews, NC. Each time I obtain a new device, it immediately gets encrypted and the settings are manipulated. The SIM card gets deactivated, and it switches to theirs, making it inaccessible for me to make changes. Plus, it seems I am under some form of cyber investigation, although I am not guilty of any online misconduct. I suspect Elizabeth Summerell because her iPhone 7 is set to private with a black background. She bombards me with numerous yes or no questions. Additionally, there is a satellite above our residence. Could you please inspect everything via our Sky Tech Wi-Fi promptly? Thank you.

Hello, I am Donna Suthard and the email address tied to my issue is [redacted] I am encountering significant difficulties accessing my Gmail account. Suspecting a hack from a couple of years ago, I lost access and urgently need to retrieve essential documents stored there. The retrieval of these critical documents solely depends on regaining access to my Gmail account ([redacted]). Despite attempting the "Lost Password" procedures for account recovery, my efforts are being hindered by various current circumstances. Similarly, encountering an identical issue with my backup email ([redacted]) linked to the Gmail account is complicating the process further. Furthermore, my previously associated phone number for both email accounts is no longer functional, making it impossible to receive any security pins during account recovery steps. During an online account recovery attempt, Gmail could not confirm my ownership due to limited information available for authentication. Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate any security questions online to assist in gaining account access. I am seeking alternative methods to regain entry into my account as the data crucially relates to my deceased brother’s estate. Please advise on the required information to confirm my identity and prove ownership of the email account. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. -Donna Suthard

I previously had my Gmail retrieve emails from my ISP's sbcglobal account with AT&T. This setup was working until 9/9/18, although it was not always reliable. Recently, a red banner appeared stating that it has been unable to retrieve my other mail since 9/9/18, causing issues with accessing the check mail link. Despite not making any changes to the settings and verifying them with my ISP, Gmail continues to return an authentication error. I have attempted to resolve the problem on my end without success. This setup has been functional for years until now. A similar issue is also affecting another Gmail account set up in the same way. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
