Access a Gmail account that I've had for so long, unfortunately I guess Google expects you to be perfect, and write down every password, or remember and also keep old devices on so that in the event you ever do forget a password, you can always take your one of your * phones that you have on and paying for, so you can recover an old password... seems like they don't do much to help you recover... ... Sat on old phone, broke screen. Cant get into phone with broken screen. Had gmail, facebook, accounts attached and passwords saved to broken device. Cant switch gmail to new phone, google asks for info i dont have any more, and wants to send verification texts and emails to phone that i cannot get into due to btoken screen.
I see a community of over *,*** people with the same issue but I don't see any answer for the customer it's like give me give me give me give me sign up for services give us information but in the event that you forget your stuff I guess you're out in the woods or you're up a creek without a paddle
I would like to have it resolved is have Google be competent for a change... amazingly after checking other situations and other providers like Microsoft I found out that Microsoft provides a number for you to call to help these problems get solved but I guess Facebook and Google would rather have you open up a new account so they can take that much more personal information from you
This seems like a funny question why should I have to explain why I'm a good customer seems like my money that I pay should be as good as anybody's if I'm using Google services that must mean that I bought some device in which I can use Google services on kind of confused why need to explain why I'm a good customer seems kind of crazy
What else really is there to try unfortunately I broke my phone ended up buying a brand spanking new one and was a fool for thinking that Google might help me switch over my account
