I recently transferred my old iPad info to my new iPad Pro and cannot access my email. I keep attempting to access it on iPad but you keep wanting me to use an email address I cancelled long ago… the one ending in sc.rr.com*My email address is *****@***.com and has been for quite awhile. I am ** years old and sure cannot remember when I opened this email account. Also, there seems to be a problem with my password. The last one I remember doesn’t seem to be what you want. I can use this just fine on my iMac but not on the iPad thanks to Apple’s inadequacy in not transferring my email account to my new iPad. What can I do? As you can tell from this email, my email address is correct so I don’t understand the problem you seem to be having. When you initially answered me, you sent your reply to the old email ending in sc.rr.com. I don’t receive any email with that address. What now? Thanks.
