I received an email stating that I requested to disable my Gmail account, but I did not initiate such a request. I want to clarify that I did not ask for my account to be closed. Please do not proceed with closing my account.

I am unable to access my Gmail account as the registered phone is broken. I purchased a new phone due to a connection issue, and T-Mobile provided a replacement device. Unfortunately, I cannot recall my Gmail password. Although I still have the old phone, it is not receiving text messages. The photos of my late father are stored in my Gmail account, making this situation very frustrating. To reset my password, Gmail keeps attempting to send a 6-digit code to my old phone, which is not receiving texts. Despite providing the correct security answers, Gmail insists on the password, which I have forgotten. I wish to update my phone number to receive a reset code and regain access to my photos, but I am unable to do so currently.

Today, I received an email in my Gmail account dated April 25, [redacted], but it appeared in my inbox as received today on July 24, [redacted], at 11:56. What concerns me more is that my reply is also showing in my inbox as if I responded to it today, even though I did not. The subject of the email is a date that was taken from my reply, not the original email. This situation raises questions about a potential security breach, a software bug, or another issue. I am unsure what might have caused this, and I would appreciate any insights on this matter.

I have been trying to access my Gmail address, [redacted], for a while now. Despite changing my password multiple times in the last 20 days and updating my phone number to [redacted], I cannot remember the correct password. Even the ones I think are right are not accepted. I am currently using [redacted] as a recovery email, but I need access to my original Gmail account. I am facing difficulties recovering my account since my old phone, a ZTE Grand X-3, broke during a vacation. Although I got a new Cricket phone, it is not the same model as my old one. Gmail support mentioned they would review my case and get back to me, but I have not heard from them. I need help resolving this issue so I can access my [redacted] account again.

I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account. I have an old password that was Paddl4cr44k and I believe I created the account around May [redacted]. The recovery phone numbers I have listed, [redacted] and [redacted], are not sufficient to prove my identity. My friend recently helped me clear my laptop's cookies and cache, leading to my inability to sign in with a password and now I can only access my Gmail from my phone. The issue is exacerbated by a misspelled recovery email address linked as [redacted] instead of [redacted] I've tried using my husband's email, [redacted], to receive another verification code, which I did receive, but it seems Gmail is still unable to verify my identity.

Hello! I have decided to work on reorganizing my four Gmail accounts tonight. Most of my tasks have been successful, such as importing emails to my new primary account. However, I am struggling to access my third account, [redacted], which I haven't used directly for years. I can't recall the password I set for it long ago. I've attempted account recovery without success. Even though I am confident in my security question answer, the system couldn't verify my ownership of the account. Any suggestions on how I can regain access to this account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!

Hi, this is Rishabh. I use [redacted] as my primary email. I forgot my 8-digit backup code for the 2-step verification process, so I'm unable to access my account. It has been logged out of all devices, and my phone number linked to receive the code is unrecognized. Despite trying various options, I can't receive the code. It seems all other recovery options are also unavailable. Typically, I access my account on my laptop or phone, but currently, Gmail is not recognizing them. The only available option is entering the backup code, which I forgot. This email is very important to me. I need help to regain access to my account.

I recently got a new phone and signed out of my old phone where my Gmail account was logged in. My new phone now prompts me to connect my Gmail account, but unfortunately, I can't recall my password. I've attempted to reset it, but I don't have access to my old phone, Yahoo, or other Gmail accounts for recovery. I even tried using my Proton Mail to receive a verification code from Google, received it, but upon entering it, I received an error saying "Google cannot verify that the account belongs to you." Retrieving this account is crucial to me as I have a YouTube Music subscription linked to it. Details: Gmail account: [redacted] Phone Number: [redacted] Device: OnePlus 3 (new phone) Recovery Device: MacBook Air with Safari browser Please assist me in regaining access to my account. Thank you and have a wonderful day! I want to clarify that despite any messages, the issue still persists and has not been resolved.

I've been receiving emails intended for [redacted] in my email [redacted] account, which I've had for 15-20 years. I came across the help topic, "Dots don't matter in Gmail addresses." The article states, "No one can take your username... If anyone tries to create a Gmail account with a dotted version of your username, they'll get an error saying the username is already taken." Given this, I expected the same to happen in reverse: if I have [redacted], then attempts to create [redacted] should show an error message stating the username is already taken. Could you ask [redacted] to add a number to her email for distinction? What measures can be taken to ensure future users receive an error message if someone tries to create [redacted] or any other dotted version of my email? Thank you!

My name is Paul Mitchell. I created [redacted] on September 11, [redacted], with [redacted] as the recovery email. I no longer have access to the phone number ending in ([redacted])***-**11. I accessed this email from multiple devices like Moto G 2, Zte Prestige, and iPhone. The last password I remember is LeveRpi35&. Other passwords I used include donnie12Earl, donnie12, LeveRpi35&@....iguessthis1, ThisistheLAst1, and Donnie12Earl. Although [redacted] is still my recovery email, every attempt to reset the password fails verification. I suspect my ex gained unauthorized access and made changes as he has hacked my other accounts.

I recently lost my phone while moving and only realized it when my wife noticed some suspicious activity on my Facebook account. I have been signed out of all my accounts linked to my [redacted] email which are now being used by someone else. Even my backup email [redacted] has been changed, and it's also connected to my Gmail account. I attempted to have a password reset sent to my wife's email [redacted] but continue to receive an error after providing my start month and year as requested (9/14/[redacted]). As this email is crucial for my business, I urgently need access and am unable to replace my phone until after a cruise this Saturday. I can use my wife's phone to check the email if you can assist me in resetting the password. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

I am trying to regain access to my account [redacted] It was originally linked to my previous email [redacted], but I lost access when I left that job. The automated recovery system has been unhelpful. Typically, I logged in from a computer in Paxton, Massachusetts, with an IP address. The email was likely created in either September or October of [redacted]. The inbox should mainly contain messages from a connected WordPress account. I haven't accessed this account in at least a decade. The security question pertains to my mother's name, which is Michelle. I hope this information assists in resolving the matter.

Hello, About a month ago, I initiated an online collaboration with a company in Frankfurt through a freelance app. To secure the arrangement, I sent them a £30 deposit via Neteller with the understanding that it would be refunded after a month. Communication was smooth until I submitted my completed work and was supposed to be paid £[redacted]. Despite numerous emails, they have not responded. I am eager to retrieve my deposit but am unsure how to reach them. I have reached out to Neteller, but they cannot assist me. Our communication has been through the email [redacted] Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Approximately three years ago, I lost access to my Google account due to various reasons. I had changed my passwords frequently before the incident occurred, but the main issue was the two-step verification process. At the time, I was struggling with drug addiction and feeling paranoid, leading me to overlook saving the necessary passwords. My then-girlfriend, whose phone number ([redacted]) was used as a backup for receiving codes, stopped communicating with me and changed her number. Following legal troubles and rehab, I've been sober for about two and a half years. However, I suspect that my account recovery hurdles might be connected to law enforcement interventions in the past. Despite this, my ex-girlfriend claims she can still access videos I shared via Google Drive. The Drive account holds personal content, including intimate videos and professional work photos intended for a portfolio. Although I am identified in emails from Bank of America as Clayton S., I remain cautious about sharing more details with an anonymous website without knowing the exact assistance they can offer. If there's a way to assist me, please let me know.

I have enabled 2-step verification on my main Gmail account, [redacted] Unfortunately, the phone I used for verification got damaged in traffic when it fell off my car. This situation has made it impossible for me to verify my login. However, I do know my password and at least two security responses. I consistently log into my Gmail from the same computer and IP address daily. I have tried various account recovery methods but have had no success, including seeking help from Google and posting on the Gmail Help Forum. The urgency of my situation stems from recently being offered a new job that requires me to complete background check, drug testing, and HR documents sent to my primary email. I am eager not to miss out on this opportunity. Unfortunately, my replacement phone will not arrive until Friday or later, and I'm unable to track it as the shipping details are in my locked email. I appreciate any prompt assistance you can offer.

My friend is in Iraq and we play Clash of Kings together. His castle was hacked, and the hacker deleted Mohanad Anchooqi's Gmail account and changed all his information. Mohanad asked me to help recover his account at [redacted], but every time I try, it says there is no active account. I am providing all the necessary information for you to help recover his Gmail and re-enable his account. His new Gmail is [redacted] He's unable to do this on his own, so please assist in recovering his account as that's how he accesses his game and castle. I apologize for the trouble with the recovery process not accepting the deleted account. Thank you.

I recently updated my Gmail account to the latest version on 22/08/18. Since the update, I've noticed that specific recent drafts, particularly the first and second draft, have been condensed from 14 pages to roughly 3 pages. Additionally, there seems to be encrypted code at the end of the draft, around 10 lines long. I had saved a backup copy of the drafts yesterday, which show the same issue. I've attempted to access my account from different computers, hoping that a software change could resolve the problem. However, the missing content remains consistent in the first and second drafts.

On Wednesday, August 22, [redacted], Gmail notified me of a large number of emails being deleted from Orkney No. [redacted] SK, which I thought were important unread emails. Upon requesting recovery, I discovered they were actually emails I had purposely set up delete filters for. I realized I should have examined the warning message more carefully, noting it referred to emails with existing delete filters. However, the issue that remains is that my unread email count displays as ([redacted]) despite only having around 50 emails in my Inbox, most of which have already been read. I appreciate any assistance in rectifying the incorrect unread email count. Thank you.
