Tap sports baseball ****. This issue has dragged on over a full week and support team refuses to help. They just pass it off to another representative who starts at square *. I’ve purchased the vip subscription discount and it doesn’t work. Everyone has acknowledged that it’s active. I’ve obviously hit restore and even cancelled and restarted over and over. I’m world tangled *** in this game and spend thousands. Reimburse me for all the golf I’ve wasted for not having the discount. Send my account **K gold and wipe the subscription from my account so I can try and repurchase. Fix my account immediately no more excuses. ****April **, ****, **:** -******This has gone on for too long and is costing me a ton of wasted gold. Cancelled the subscription finally and restarted today and doesn’t work. I demand you reimburse me for all the gold I wasted for not having the box discount. I don’t want anymore lies or worthless excuses. Time to make good on your promises. First of all. Acknowledge the fact that I’m world ranked *** and run a top club and have connections on global. Realize you’re talking with a true VIP and I won’t stand for your subpar efforts of passing the buck. I just called apple again and their monitoring your response time. I’m gonna make a formal complaint with Apple and Glu headquarters and EA sports if you don’t promptly fix this issue and make good on your promise. I’m not jumping through any more hoops for you. I’ve sent all the screenshots and you’ve given me nothing but the run around. Here are more screenshots showing purchase and the subscription not working while active. After an entire week of back and forth with Glu. They finally restored my subscription that I had been paying for the entire time. Took * different reps and they said they refuse to accommodate me for all the resources I lost. They said no matter what they do not compensate. Boycott Glu.
