Tap Sports Baseball ******I have one very serious issues that has not been addressed professionally or correctly. I had walk off hero shut down on me right when I was beating it and started me over. As frustrating as that is in itself I could handle a glitch but I had spent **,*** gold in getting there and finally having him beat. This is gold I bought that costs $*** and I can’t explain how angry I am at the response. I was told that they looked into my account and had completed the event and received the appropriate rewards. Absolutely ***% not true. You can look into my account and see that I’ve never had Blake Snell stats leader or any of the othe * players from the other box. Kluber, Merrifield, Ernie Banks and I believe Puig but I’m not certain. I spend real money that I work for on this game and this is completely wrong and I feel like I’ve been stolen from. This glitch of shutting down on the last batter happened to * other people on my club. I shouldn’t have to lose money because of a faulty product. I put up with freezing videos shutting my game down and all sorts of other annoying issues but I can’t accept losing money. I expect, truly earned, and deserve the rewards or my gold refunded, I don’t care which one but one of the *. My internet connection is amazing, I live alone with ******* and it was the only device running so I own no part in this mistake, like I said I can appreciate some problems here and there as things happen but I cannot lose money from your mistake, it just isn’t right or fair. Please don’t lose a paying customer and a loyal fan for something that is easy for you guys to fix and costs you absolutely nothing. What will cost you is not making this right because I just won’t give more of my money to a company that doesn’t fix their legitimate problems.**Thanks for your help,**John Kertson
