Hey,**I'm a daily user of TSB ** and recently ran into a troubling issue and feel that it was not adequately addressed by your in-game support team. **During Monday's walkoff event I ran into a glitch on level *, round * several times which made it impossible to complete the event. First, I was playing as Fransisco Lindor v. McCullers and elected to watch a video to get a batting bonus. After watching the video the game began in the background but it wasn't visible at all to me as the "loading video" screen was showing the entire time while i struck out and lost in the background without being able to even see the field of play. At this point I wrote customer service in-game. I tried playing again later and things seemed to be going fine. With things seemingly alright I went ahead and bought two $**.** packs of gold for a total of $** with the purpose of beating the event and winning the bonus player, Prime Giancarlo Stanton.**I continued to play the event to try and get the prize because it happened to be a favorite player of mine in real life, Giancarlo Stanton (prime). I again reached level *, round * and AGAIN I experienced the same issue after trying to watch a video in order to restart the round. The video loading screen blocked the entire screen and made gameplay impossible and thus ensured that I would lose. Now, I'm aware that there are steps a user must take to ensure a good gameplay experience and I always close my background apps prior to launching into a session of TSB. I also was only playing at home on Monday and as such I was connected to a *g network throughout gameplay. That being said, and considering that the issue occured on the exact same level (lvl *, round *), with the same players (Lindor v McCullers) and when trying to execute the same action (watch video for batting bonus or walkoff restart) I think it's safe to say that the issue wasn't created on my end of things.**On Monday I spent over *,*** gold and bought $** worth specifically to try and beat the event. Rather than beating the event though I was beaten by the game itself as this glitch ensured I wouldn't complete the event. I wrote customer service in-game and was told by Wendyl that there was nothing they could do for me other than forwarding my issue along to the development team. This seems unjust to me. I may not be VIP just yet but I've spent probably between $***-$*** in game to date so I believe myself to be a somewhat valuable customer. I spent $** that day and due to an issue out of my control that $** was wasted. I feel as though I ought to be compensated in some form whether it be the player in question (preferable) or some alternative means which fits the issue. Barring some form of resolution I can't imagine spending money in game again due to the potential for it to be wasted due to a glitch out of my control.
