I have been a GlossyBox subscriber for nearly 2 years, but I have encountered issues with updating my shipping address after moving twice. Despite my efforts to correct it, I have not received my last 3 boxes due to the wrong address on file. The address listed as [redacted] Hwy 11e Apt. 25 Bulls Gap, TN [redacted] is incorrect. My current address is [redacted] Brady Drive #B Morristown, TN [redacted]. I need assistance in receiving these missed boxes and in ensuring future deliveries are sent to the correct address. I have proof of payment on my bank records. Please address this matter promptly as I value my subscription but do not want to pay for boxes I do not receive. Thank you, Samantha S.

Hello, I'm Deirdre Bean. I sent an email a while ago about my GlossyBox order placed on the 11th of this month (Order #[redacted]87). The tracking shows it was shipped, but my credit card does not reflect the payment of $22.66. I am eager to know when I can expect to receive it. According to the information provided, it should have arrived by now, considering it's been 7 days since I ordered. I am unsure where it might be. If I don't receive a response by the end of the day or tomorrow morning, I will cancel the order. I have attempted to contact customer service several times with no success. Thank you, - D. Bean

Hello, I am Valeri. I canceled my subscription with GlossyBox on May 7, [redacted], and recently received an email stating that a box for June has been dispatched. Despite my cancellation confirmation on May 7, I am puzzled and worried about receiving more boxes. I request the immediate cessation of sending boxes and the cancellation of my subscription without any further charges to my credit card. I did not authorize any additional charges. I placed an order on December 8th for 5 boxes with order number: [redacted]62. After not receiving anything after fifteen days, I sent an email and was told to wait 20 days. Even after this period, I still hadn't received anything. I have been informed through multiple emails that the reason for non-delivery was due to an incorrect address provided – 19 BIS RUE DE PALAISEAU instead of 19 BIS RUE DE PALAISOT, [redacted] OZOIR LA FERRIERE. The company claimed the package was lost due to my mistake and was not able to assist. I requested the name of the carrier from customer service. If my package couldn't be delivered, the carrier should have either sent me a text message (like AMAZON or COLISSIMO) or returned the order to the company, GLOSSYBOX. All I received was a generic apology when I asked for a refund. What should I do next? It feels like a situation out of a KAFKA novel. Thank you for your response. Dear Sir or Madam, On 24.04, I ordered the Young Beautybox, which was shipped on 26.04. It was supposed to arrive between 28-29.04. Since 29.04, it has been in delivery status in the DHL app, but the package has still not arrived. I have already called DHL, and they told me to contact you since the package is no longer in their system. Now, I am wondering what the next steps are. Sincerely, Sophia-Marie W.

I was quite disappointed with the experience I had with Glossy Box. Initially, they offered to send me an additional box for November since I missed out on October's Masquared box. However, when my November box arrived, it was just the normal one, not the promised additional box. When I reached out to customer care, I received inconsistent responses and was even told that I hadn't paid for November's box, which I clearly had as I did receive the regular one. Despite multiple assurances, the promised box never arrived. Instead, I was informed that I had canceled my subscription, which was not true. The situation was mishandled, and I was only offered a refund for November, which was not what I wanted. The whole experience left me deeply disappointed and upset by the lack of follow-through on their promises.
