As a disabled veteran receiving benefits in Memphis, TN, I unfortunately had to sell my GLOCK 21 GENERATION 4 firearm to cover vehicle repairs due to financial struggles. Living in an area with a high crime rate, I am in need of a replacement for personal safety. Continual expenses like dental work and car repairs have hindered my ability to save for a new firearm. I would be grateful if GLOCK FIREARMS COMPANY could consider donating a firearm to assist a disabled veteran in need. I recently acquired a Glock model 48 with factory Ameriglo sights. However, I have noticed it consistently shoots at least 3 inches low at 12 feet using Federal 115gr, 124gr, and 147gr ammunition when benchrested. In comparison, my other nine Glocks with factory sights are all accurate at the same distance. I have also tested the accuracy at 10 yards (30 feet) and 25 yards (75 feet), but the issue persists. It seems the Ameriglo sights on the Glock model 48 are not the correct height. I purchased the firearm just 30 days ago. How can I go about resolving this problem?

I recently purchased a Glock 43x and noticed that my finger extends past the trigger, resting in the joint of my index finger instead of on the pad. I am looking for an add-on to make the grip slightly larger without interfering with my CrimsonTrace laser. The laser is attached under the barrel and along the trigger guard, with the activation button positioned for the middle finger, complicating the use of a wrap-around grip. Any recommendations or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, M. White

I purchased a Glock 42 last year, but I'm experiencing feeding problems when using WWB hardball, Remington Golden Saber, or Hornady XTP ammunition. The gun has issues with feedway jams while trying to chamber the first round, during shooting, and with ejection. Despite having a Gen 3 model 17 and a Gen 3 model 19 that work flawlessly, the Glock 42 has been disappointing. I used it last July but haven't touched it since due to these problems. The gun was bought used, but it came with everything in the box, including the warranty card. I wonder if there is a way to fix these issues and how much it might cost. I recently purchased a brand new G19x from GT Distri and it's the best Glock I've ever shot right out of the box. However, I've noticed some significant wear on the barrel, specifically at the front and at the top and bottom near the slide stop. The coating is completely gone, affecting the gun's accuracy. Despite consulting with three Glock master armors at GT, who acknowledged this issue, they suggested I contact you about the wear problem. Even after testing the gun at the range with the range master, owner, and Glock master armor, all agreed that it does not meet Glock Gen 5 standards. I've been a loyal Glock owner for years and I am hesitant to switch to other brands like H&K, Springfield, or Walter as replacements. I have a GSSF coupon that I can't bring myself to use right now due to this issue. I believe the barrel wear and the coating coming off too fast are not up to Glock's quality standards. I experienced an issue with a Glock 21 Gen 4 .45 caliber. While releasing the slide lock with a full magazine in place, instead of properly chambering a bullet, the slide malfunctioned, causing a bullet to eject and hit my leg. I've confirmed the casing matches the ejector, not the firing pin, indicating a malfunction. Despite being familiar with firearms and ensuring the trigger was untouched, the incident occurred. I have reached out to various contacts for answers and assistance but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I did not shoot myself; the gun malfunctioned, leading to an accidental discharge due to the ejector hitting an unchambered bullet. I seek clarification and resolution for this unexpected event.

Hello, to whom it may concern, I purchased a Glock 17 Gen 5 at a dealership in Concord, NC called Idealsportman a couple of months ago. When I brought my gun home and went to clean it, I noticed two small scratches on the inside of my slide where the barrel rests. The scratches are very tiny but they are into the metal. I have taken pictures of the scratches but did not contact Idealsportman since I think it may have been done in their shop by someone handling and taking apart the handgun. I was not aware of the scratches until I got home, so it would be difficult to prove they did it. The gun was in a display case when I purchased it, and I was told it was new. I am seeking advice on what to do since this is a new gun and I would like to address this issue. Even though the scratches are more cosmetic than mechanical, I would like it to be in its original condition. Thank you for your attention to this matter! - Michael H.

Good evening. I am writing from Italy. In [redacted], I purchased a new Glock 19 gen 4 from an armory. The serial number is BEAC451. The birth code on the frame is ZWY, which corresponds to June [redacted]. I have noticed that the slide stop installed is held in place by pins in the frame, which is characteristic of a Glock gen 5 or 3, not gen 4 as shown in the Glock spare parts diagram. The replacement part for the fourth generation does not fit on my frame; it goes in but does not allow the slide to lock. No one here in Italy has been able to help me solve this puzzle. Good morning. I recently purchased a Glock 26 5th gen, not the MOS version, just the standard Glock 26. I had a Vortex Venom red dot installed by the dealer using a mounting plate. Unfortunately, the gun has been jamming consistently regardless of the ammunition used, failing to eject spent cartridges. The dealer mentions that the added weight of the red dot could be causing the issue and suggests removing it to resolve the problem. I am wondering if it is possible to add a red dot to my Glock 26 5th gen without experiencing jamming. Thank you for your assistance. - Andy S.
