Account Name: Jenice Crisostomo*Account *: **********Home Broadband**Billing issue:*It started with with the bill * ** (********** - **********) * ***.** (paid Mar ** **** via BPI mobile banking). It was complained because there was no internet connection for more than ** days (Feb - Mar ****). The advice from a Globe representative (via hotline ***) is to pay *** Php only, but as the payment was already made, a balance of ***.** Php should be deducted to the next bill (bill * **). Unfortunately, this appx. *** Php was not resolved in the billing statement until today (Bill *** - remaining balance from previous bill * ***.** Php). Every month, we are calling your hotline *** to clarify this issue and advised that this will be settled in the next billing.*Again I have to pay my bill *** and I will pay only the "current due" and will neglect the "previous balance appx *** Php)". *I am hoping that this issue will be resolved asap for this is already very annoying.*Thanks ...
