I applied a **** plan online.They installed my internet last ******** and instead of **** ,they installed ****.I've been trying to contact your hotline and also emailed many times but I didn't received any response till now.I also availed the **% discount since I am a postpaid subscriber and was told to just pay the half of it and no installation fee...Can you help me this one?thanks

I emailed a lot of times and waited for your call or reply in email but unfortunately i didn't received any of this yet..I tried calling your hotline but it was unattended and unable to talk to any of your agent..
