I had my Globe at Home **** ** mbps LTE postpaid plan installed and running yesterday (July **, ****). My only problem is that, the team that was sent here to install the devices (Transbio Inc.) asked me if they can downgrade my plan from ** mbps to * mbps, thas **% possible speed decrease. I said that they were supposed to stick with the **mbps speed since that's what I've applied for, but the team leader clarified that they can't make the installation unless i downgrade it to * mbps, he showed me an internet speed test from a device showing a *mbps strength, he said that Globe tower is only capable of providing *mbps and he just can't give me a ** mbps connection.**I was able to call their (Transbio inc.) customer service this morning at *********** and clarify my concern. They said that its okey because "kung hindi ganun ser, yung magkakabit naman ang yari ser."**Its ashamed that I was convinced by the Globe outlet in Waltermart Sta. Maria Bulacan that they can give me at most ** mbps in my area, just to be disappointed on the day of actual installation. **Yesterday I agreed to just install it with *mbps since my wife and I really need it, we're working for the government and had to work from home.**My question is, hey Globe, is that really how things work there? Because I feel somewhat cheated because they can just stick to **mbps so I could still enjoy faster speed outside peak hours. I can't even send data files to our main server at a decent speed, its almost * am now. **Looking forward for your positive response. I want to have my postpaid plan reverted to at most **mbps.
