Through this writing, I'm formalizing my request to permanently CUT our Globe Broadband Account* *********. This had been inactive since Oct. *, **** up to this date. As much as we wanted to continue, it was unfortunate that we spent so much time to have said services to be reconnected, but it seems our effort is futile and fell on deaf ears. This broadband was requested last June **** upon our arrival from the US. It was under my mother's name, Angelina Valeriano, a senior citizen, residing at ** San Joaquin St., Bgy. Damayan, SFDM, QC. She's a senior and I'm authorized to transact on her behalf. When we left for Palawan to attend my sister & brother in law oath taking as provincial board member and as a municipal mayor, we requested for a temporary disconnection twice. On our second request, it was clear that it needs to be reconnected by October *, ****. For we'll be home by Oct. **, ****. Upon arrival, it was not reconnected. I called *** and asked why it was not connected as agreed? I was told in **-**hrs it will be. **hrs passed, nothing. *nd call, as usual, **-**hrs nothing happened. *rd call, same banana. *th call, another rotten banana, & so it continues. More so, all commits on calling us for an update - NO ONE CALLS (Robbie, Harley, Chloe...). Worse, calling your hotline is an INFERNO to deal with. Transferring a call and waiting for an answer is crazy as ****. It took **mins to more than an hour for your platinum department to answer a call. Excuses as always, long queue they say. * calls on different days and it's all the same. There is this instance that your rep forgot to mute the call, guess what, they were just talking and laughing at the background. To date, we're still at your mercy. NO RESOLUTION. We had enough. Our decision is FINAL. CUT the USELESS, INEFFECTIVE GLOBE broadband. And we're NOT inclined to accept your "lockout" excuse and whatever penalty that you imposed. Globe FAIL to give us the service that we deserved. And WHAT!? imposed your policy after doing nothing for almost * mos.!? I don't think so. **Joseph Anthony Valeriano************
