I have a globe at home internet connection which is already * year. Before we gave up our leased space where the internet connection was located, I already called and talked with your customer service representative and the best option for my request was to transfer the account but she checked on our new location she said we needed to upgrade on which I agreed. Now I thought we were just waiting for a representative to check the new location and do the upgrade(and new contract I guess since it would be a different plan) but when I sent an inquiry through chat, I was informed that the request was cancelled due to account migration? So what will I do now? I'll just wait for my monthly bills without using the internet? I'm looking forward for some favorable action on this. Thank you.
