Dear Globe,**This is to report below account. *Account Number:***********Mobile Number:************The reversal of PHP*,***.** which should have been made some months ago, as GLOBE already proved charges was due to automatic roaming and that no surfing was made was not reversed.**On Sept **, **** we called the Globe customer service hotline and asked for reversal of the *,***.** covering billing period Jul ** to Aug **, **** . During the call, the globe representative said charges was due to automatic roaming charges and that no surfing was made. He reversed PHP*,***.** and temporary disconnected the globe postpaid. The problem now is there has been same roaming charges from Aug ** to Sept **. As we only called on Sept ** to reverse charges and disconnect the postpaid, we did not realized that there will be the same charges from Aug ** to the time we made the call on Sept **. We are now requesting to reversed those charges as Globe already proved that there is no internet surfing during the automatic roaming. *However GLOBE did not reverse the PHP*,***.** and instead charged us another fees which is the monthly fee of PHP*** and accumulated late fees. I wonder why we are charged with monthly fee when the plan was disconnected on Sep **, ****? Why does Globe did not reversed the PHP*,***.** when the previous charges of the same case was reverse?*Could you please reversed the PHP*,***.** ASAP.**Also I wanted report to Mr. Jared Caniar who's attitude and service was very poor. He keeps on muting the phone whenever I am trying to explain the situation. That kind of attitude makes the Globe subscribers switch to other networks.**Thanks,*Denice Par
