Hi. I received a text message from Globe that says we are unable to proceed with the upgrade request to my current plan. The next day, I received another message saying apologizing for the confusion because I did not request for it. Told me to disregard the previous text message.**Today, a globe representative came to my house and upgraded the unit (wifi). Again I did not request for this. **I am currently overseas and I got CCTV cameras connected to the WIFI and it is suddenly messed up and cannot connect so I cannot access it from the US because of what your representative did.**I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS. I DID NOT APPLY UPGRADE AND I DID NOT GIVE ANY CONSENT.
