I have been calling your customer support regarding our landline ******* which had been disconnected since ***** due to this fiber optic migration and was promised ti be connected on *****. Daily calls to your call center has produced nothing but promises even calls to the suoervisors has not oriduced any results but promises. I am really frustrated with this migration thing because it has caused me undue stress in my household as we have no internet connection and we have to buy daily loads for our cellphones. Could you pleade advise me as to what the real sotuation is with iur reconnection because if you cannot do anything within this week, I have ni other choice but to cancel your service and go back to PLDT.*Hoping for your earliest response on tbis matter.*Winston Gonzales*Account No.**********Contact no. **** *** ****
