Hi! I would like to follow up on my broadband application. Bernard, one of your call center agents called me last Nov * or * and offered me the plan. I agreed to avail the **** Globe Internet Fiber. He already got all of my personal info and said that installation will take *-** days. Rowena Salome emailed and another customer service agent called me the following day, Nov *, for verification. No reference number whatsoever was given to me. It has been weeks and I have not received any update on my application. I am worried because I have disclosed my personal info via phone and yet the installation is taking so long. I want to receive a feedback the soonest possible.
