Trial the product. Not pay for the full year. ... Glassdoor charged me £*** upfront for an annual subscription as an employer. We were blissfully unaware that this payment was approaching. We are a small start up company that does not have access to these lump sums of money in a month. I've requested a refund via their website but have read negative reviews that they won't do so. **What i am proposing is that we can pay on a monthly basis for subscription. So if they can refund the full amount and organise a monthly charge we would be happy to do that. If this is not possible i would like a full refund. This has put large financial stress on my company in a time of desperateness.
I am a small business and this has put a lot of financial pressure on myself.

I have been reasonable and requested an alternative to maintain a subscription.
Contacting through website & contacting via phone however the phone number does not work.
