I am experiencing issues with one of the extension handsets of my Gigaset DX800a. When I try to reconnect it to the base, it asks for a pin, but I have never set one up. The manual suggests using [redacted], but it is not working. I need assistance to resolve this problem promptly as I have heard your customer support is hard to reach. I am experiencing crackling sounds on my phone calls, forcing me to end the calls prematurely. This is a challenge for a pensioner like me who cannot always afford to use up credit. It is frustrating when asked to call for assistance with phone problems, as I am not a technical expert. I need to know if there is a solution to this issue rather than being asked how I want it resolved. This method of handling problems seems overly complex. I have a Gigaset GS270 running on Android 8.1 Oreo OS with the Gboard app downloaded and updated through the Google Play Store. Recently, I encountered an issue where I was unable to access the keypad to enter my passcode. I logged out of my Google Play Services using an iPhone 8 Plus, and now my screen is showing "Account Action Required" with the email address [redacted] I'm seeking assistance on how to remotely revert or delete the recently updated Gboard keyboard that is preventing the keyboard from displaying and allowing me to type my password. My IMEI is [redacted][redacted].

I have a Gigaset GS270 with Android 8.1 Oreo OS. I downloaded and updated Gboard from the Google Play Store on October 31, [redacted]. Suddenly, I can't access my keypad to enter my passcode. I tried logging out of my Google Play Services using an iPhone 8 Plus remotely, thinking it would remove the phone lock. However, my phone code is still active even after logging out. Currently, the screen displays "Account Action Required" with the email [redacted] To fix this, I need to remotely revert or delete the updated Gboard keyboard on my device. The keyboard isn't showing to type my password, and I can't access the keypad to enter my password. My IMEI is [redacted][redacted].

I am experiencing issues while trying to set up my new phone. I contacted customer service and waited for three hours only to receive a message asking me to hold for the next available agent. Upon looking up the customer service phone number, it stated that the wait time was only four minutes. I purchased this phone on Amazon, and if I am unable to set it up, I will have to return it. The process has been very frustrating as I have been trying to set up this phone for a week now without any success. Thank you for taking the time to read this. - B. Merlin
