Hello Gigabyte,**In oktober **** i purchased a Gigabyte ****ti Windforce OC **GB at Alternate Netherlands.**Begin february **** started malfunctioning, in games like battlefield* the graphics card crashed after * seconds in game and has been doing so ever since.**So i returned my card to Alternate, they checked it on their systems, and the graphics card showed the same signs. So they agreed to send it back to Gigabyte Netherlands for RMA * repair.**This has now been * weeks and Alternate still has NOT informed me, i guess Gigabyte Netherlands is still ' looking at it'.*Up to about ten times i have tried to convince Alternate the card is faulty and has some errors, but everybody keeps pointing at each other on what to do next.*In the meanwhile, i have no graphics card for my business, IUS Track, but i need it for my work.**Gigabyte Netherlands is very difficult to contact and i just ran out of my options. I was always very satisfied with Gigabyte, but due to the long waiting, no responses, Alternate seems not to bother, and i just have been asking for a solution in a friendly matter.**I RMA'ed my GPU card end february and i still have no solution. Can you, please, do something, that would make clear what to do about * with the GPU card?**I bought the card on my company name IUS Track, i dont have the serial number because that is one the backplate, but it had Alternate Netherlands serial number on it, and it ended on **** , which is the first card Alternate sold of this type.**I kindly ask you to give me some information what to do about this, Alternate knows nothing are more than * weeks (Which is no service to their clients) and Gigabyte has not responded yet.**I am more than willing to be of service, but please, can i get reply on short notice? I need to know what to do with my graphics card, because i need it for my work. A repair, a RMA, i really need to know what is the status because i need a GPU for my work.**I know Alternate Netherlands is the company to contact on this, which i have done many times, but they just know nothing.
