Service disconnected with auto pay active.................. Why on earth would the service be disconnected??? Are you too stupid to figure out how to use the payment account? Apparently there was a past due balance that the you didn't want to use the payment account for. What do you think that payment account is for? Because you cave m can't figure out how to use payment accounts this caused me to lose power in the middle of a meeting while presenting. This is not the first time this has happened and am annoyed that I recently renewed because this practice is unnerving, unnecessary, and dumb. I have paid every month and didn't realize I missed due to a stolen credit card which I uodated in July. Please fix your **** or I intend to switch providers at the end of my contract term. Thanks
