The car I rented it’s battery died so you called and emailed me but I couldn’t get to the phone at the moment so I emailed you back but got a message saying to contact help center. In the voice mail left by Carlos saying that you were going to change the car for me and so I canceled the rental. Now I’m only get half my money for the rental that wasn’t my fault on canceling. I booked another trip not knowing you were only giving my half my money! Please fix thank you.
