I am extremely furious about the way things were handled— better yet, MISHANDLED—in regards to my last rental. Almost everybody that I dealt with on the phone was completely unhelpful, incompetent, and totally unempathetic. There was literally only ONE person whom I spoke to (named ‘Daniel’ or ‘Danny’) that was AT ALL willing to assist me with my ordeal. Unfortunately, every time we had to hang up due to me having to go take care of something, I’d call back and NOBODY EVER BOTHERED, NOR ATTEMPTED, to pass along my message or transfer me over to him. Seriously, after a thousand times of having to explain, in detail, every last thing that I had just gone through to every single new CS rep who picked up the phone when I called back would, I’m sure, infuriate the living **** out of anyone else, too. Oh, and not to mention the fact that I was also completely lied to about getting compensated for what I had paid for gas after submitting a picture of my fuel receipt. I was never compensated, but instead, given some measly credit for a fraction of what I even paid initially — $**, and in turn, receive $** in credit, and not even cash? TOTAL bullsh*t.
